Our meat processing facility was originally established in 2005 by Joel and Jeanne Schnitzler. Paul Lemay became their business partner in 2007 while they were still across the street at the Dell Mercantile. In 2014 we moved into our new building. L and S Meat Processing was established... Our state-inspected processing facility is located in Dell, MT. We offer custom meat processing in Southwestern MT to local ranchers, so they can ensure their animal is processed ethically and safely... We provide custom meat processing in southwestern MT. We're located in Dell, MT but serve many cities and towns nearby.
