Maroon Khalifa is the owner and CEO of MATCHING Company. He has been a certified lawyer since 2005 and has held a long line of senior legal positions in the public service and has vast and unique experience in promoting projects and with government relations in Israel. Khalifa started his career as a lawyer in the Vice Prime Minister's Legal Department, headed by Shimon Peres, and was later in the President's Office while performing various roles in the public service, until he was elected as the Legal Counselor for the Ministry for the Development of the Periphery, the Negev and the Galilee and the Ministry of Regional Cooperation in 2016, when he became the youngest lawyer ever appointed to this position. As part of his recent public service position, he led and promoted many projects, worth hundreds of millions of dollars a year, for government offices. These projects, in the areas of education, welfare, employment, health and others, required intensive work and creativity, and were all successfully completed. Additionally, Lawyer Khalifa was central in promoting two significant regional projects: Mr. Khalifa is considered as a well experienced professional with unique experience in recruiting and pooling of government resources for local authorities, companies and NGO organizations, which then benefit from the ongoing activities.
