To be competitive in the marketspace, we began offering digital coupons to our members in April 2017. In general, the digital coupons are not preferred by our members because they still have to print the coupon at their cost and bring it with them to the store when they go to shop. To this end, we developed a program to redeem the coupon at the store using the smartphone. We built functionality to allow manufactures to set the maximum number of time the coupons can be printed or redeemed and provided the capability to redeem the coupon at the retail store. Unfortunately, the large retailers are not ready to accept coupons using the smartphone. However, the small retailers and restaurants are currently using this functionality... Due to the lack of coupon redemption capability using the smartphone by the retailers and the recent 2020 pandemic conditions, we have created the MyVoice Store®.
