Andrew has 40 years of human resource management experience in the healthcare and hospitality industries. His healthcare experience includes 16 years as vice-president of human resources at a healthcare consulting and business development company. Additionally, he has served in various human resource management rolls at several hospitals in the greater New Orleans area. Andrew received his BBA in Personnel Management from the University of South Alabama and served as a past president of the Greater New Orleans Society for Healthcare Human Resource Administration. He is a native of Vestavia Hills, Alabama. He and his wife Bernadette have been married for 40 years and currently reside in Lacombe, Louisiana.

Elyse Perrett has over a decade in finance and accounting with a specialization in the healthcare industry for the past five years. Prior to working directly in the healthcare industry, Elyse worked at Deloitte and Touche in the oil & gas, construction, retail, and healthcare industries with private, private equity, and publicly traded clients. After Public Accounting, she then transitioned to the oil and gas industry, Elyse was part of a team that completed a successful initial public offering on NASDAQ and then transitioned the company through a $3.4 billion-dollar public buyout. Elyse transitioned to Healthcare as Controller of Nexus Healthcare Services. As Controller, Elyse oversaw the accounting and purchasing divisions, revenue cycle management department, managed internal and external financial reporting, and developed performance measures that support Nexus' strategic direction. She has specific experience in the following fields of healthcare: LTAC Hospitals, Children's Hospitals, and Outpatient Imaging Centers. Elyse currently serves Capitol Imaging Services as Controller. Capitol Imaging Services owns imaging centers throughout the southeast United States including facilities in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida. Elyse Perrett is a Texas licensed Certified Public Accountant with a Bachelors and master's in accounting from Texas A&M University. She is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) with a Certified Specialist Accounting and Finance (CSAF). She also has her own business completing financials for small business owners. Elyse lives in Houston, Texas with her husband and spoiled three dogs. She enjoys traveling, hunting, crafting, and doing DIY projects around the house.

Greg serves as Senior Vice President of Operations for Capitol Imaging's markets in Lafayette, LA, Alexandria, LA, North LA, Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida. He has over 25 years of diagnostic imaging experience in multi-modality facilities. His healthcare experience includes 22 years with ARK-LA-TEX diagnostics where he served as its chief operations manager for 12 years. Additionally, Greg has served as an ACR and diagnostic imaging consultant to radiology departments at several Imaging facilities throughout central Louisiana. He received his degree in radiologic technology from Louisiana State University at Eunice and successfully completed ARRT registries in radiologic technology, magnetic resonance imaging and computed tomography. Prior to his healthcare profession, Greg proudly served in the United States Marine Corp.

Jeff Fields has extensive experience spanning nearly 20 years in the field of healthcare and private equity. Jeff enjoys leading and developing teams. Jeff has specific experience in the following fields of healthcare: ambulatory surgery centers, women's health, population health management, and retail and urgent care settings. Jeff has served in the capacity of Chief Financial Officer, Chief Growth Officer and President throughout his career in healthcare. Specifically Jeff has held leadership positions at Women's Care, FastMed, RediClinic & Health Dialog along with SCA Health. While at SCA Health, Jeff assisted the company with going public on the NASDAQ through a successful initial public offering. Jeff has also facilitated numerous joint ventures, divestitures and business combinations throughout his career. Jeff currently serves Capitol Imaging Services as President and Chief Financial Officer. Capitol Imaging Services owns imaging centers throughout the southeast United States including facilities in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Florida and Alabama. Prior to working directly in the healthcare industry Jeff was with PricewaterhouseCoopers and held the position of Chief Auditor for the Birmingham and Nashville markets. Jeff and his wife LeeAnn have been married for more than 20 years and have three boys. They enjoy spending time at each of the boys various sporting events, at the lake or snow skiing. Jeff is a graduate of the Culverhouse School of Accountancy at the University of Alabama.

John P. Stagg's experience in the field of healthcare spans over three decades. Within that experience is an extensive background in imaging centers, hospital administration, home health/hospice, physical therapy, and rehab, assisted living, adult residential care, skilled nursing, nursing home, pharmacy, as well as with medical management and billing companies. John served in the capacities of Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer with several hospital systems ranging from 80 bed facilities to over 300 bed medical centers with revenues ranging from $30 to $125 million annually. He has led hospitals to be among the Top 100 in America, placed in the top 4% twice in hospital employee satisfaction, and on numerous occasions in national surveys, scored in the top 3% in patient satisfaction. This strong personal background in healthcare financial and organizational leadership led him to be co-founder of a series of healthcare related companies beginning in 2004 including Champion Management, LLC of Baton Rouge of which he is CEO/President and sole owner. Under that umbrella parent company, John owns multiple home health and hospice agencies, multiple nursing homes and skilled nursing facilities, and a property management company, through JACOJ Properties and Investments. Champion manages over $150 million in annual revenues collectively between all companies. He is currently Chief Executive Officer of Capitol Imaging Services, LLC which owns over 40 imaging centers throughout the Southeast United States including facilities in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Florida and Alabama. John has a master's in health services administration and a BS in Accounting. He is a past Diplomat of the American College of Healthcare Executives and is a past Advanced Member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (FHFMA, CHFP). Active in his community and church, John resides in Zachary, Louisiana with his family. He is married to Amie LeTard Stagg and he has three children, Collin married to Lindsay Black, Odom married to Madison Neal, and Jamie, and two grandchildren, Lillian Claire Stagg, and John Michael Stagg. He is an avid sports enthusiast, LSU supporter, and an outdoorsman. John is a past member of the Executive Committee of the Tiger Athletic Foundation (TAF) for LSU and served over 10 years on the Finance Committee and is past chairman of the audit committee. John was also Vice President and co-founder of Legendz Sports Academy, a Zachary, Louisiana non-profit organization that mentors young men and women through sports. John is also past president of the Zachary Athletic Foundation (ZAF), which combined Bronco Backers and Century Club under his leadership. Also, John is a past finance chairman and board member of Americana YMCA and was named the Baton Rouge Metro YMCA 2016 Volunteer of the Year. He is a member of Galilee Baptist Church in Zachary where he currently serves on the Long-Range Steering Committee as well as chairman of the Men's Ministry Committee.

Katie joined the Capitol Imaging Services leadership in 2023 and is responsible for the operational success and supervision of the Corpus Christi, Texas market. She has over 15 years of healthcare experience with a strong background in management and sales. As the Vice President of Operations, Katie facilitates the strategic planning and growth initiatives for Radiology & Imaging in Corpus Christi, ensuring forward-looking strategies and their execution. Katie earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Louisiana State University at Alexandria and started her career in diagnostic imaging in 2013 as a Patient Care Coordinator at M. R. Imaging Systems in Alexandria, Louisiana. Since then, she has taken on many roles with the company including Preregistration Specialist, Site Manager, Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, and CRM Trainer. Additionally, Katie has worked with the CIS IT team to optimize new systems and has taken part in the integration of new sites. She has also traveled to various CIS sites to train Diagnostic Imaging Specialists and Administrators from Texas to Florida. Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, especially time spent with her three nieces in Baton Rouge and New Orleans, LA. Her love for travel takes her on exciting adventures, and she particularly enjoys attending Mardi Gras in New Orleans each year and visiting her family's lake house on Lake Bruin, near St. Joseph, Louisiana.

Kevin serves as the VP of Clinical Services and Risk Management. He has 30 years of diagnostic imaging experience. Kevin also has over 10 years of administrative experience with Capitol Imaging Services. Kevin has always been an advocate for quality patient care. He understands our role in helping our patients get the best care possible. Kevin has certifications with the Louisiana Board of Radiologic Technology and is certified in MRI, CT, and X-ray with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. He is also a certified MRI Safety Officer with the American Board of Magnetic Resonance Safety. Kevin resides in Kenner, Louisiana with his wife Gretchen and children Jacob, Elise, and Emma. When not spending time with his family, Kevin loves to golf and win in his 3 fantasy football leagues.

Michael Holmes is an accomplished healthcare executive with more than three decades of experience, including over 25 years dedicated to radiology. Capitol Imaging Services, one of the largest independent radiology organizations in the southeast with over 40 facilities across the region, appointed him as Chief Growth Officer in October of 2023. Previously, he held the position of Chief Executive Officer for Diagnostic Imaging Services for 11 years and oversaw operations of six multi-modality locations in the greater New Orleans market. In his radiology career, Michael has held executive positions with InSight Health Corp. and NYDIC Open MRI of America. He has been in positions of responsibility overseeing billing and collections, field operations, Joint Commission Accreditation processes, managed care contracting, marketing, radiology credentialing, sales and strategic business development, including acquisitions and de novo projects. Michael has been part of the American Cancer Society leadership for over 12 years in the New Orleans market and has volunteered his time at multiple events, including services as chairman on the local advisory board, service on the state advisory board. He is also a current board member of You Night Cancer Survival program and a volunteer for the Alzheimer's Association. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Otterbein University in Westerville, Ohio and is a member of the American Healthcare Radiology Administrators, Radiology Benefits Managers Association, and Association for Quality Imaging. Currently, he resides in Mandeville, Louisiana with his wife Collette. Collette and Michael have two adopted children from Russia, Mya, and Hunter, and their two dogs named Spice and Beignet.

Ricky has over 37 years of experience in the field of diagnostic imaging that includes radiology, cardiology, radiation therapy, and cath lab / special procedures, including the last 11 years in outpatient imaging. He is responsible for operations at all CIS facilities. Additionally, he develops and directs initiatives relating to today's patient care and to the ongoing changes and uncertainty in the healthcare industry. Ricky began his career as a staff radiologic technologist at Southern Baptist Hospital in New Orleans. Before joining CIS, he served as chairman of the board for East Jefferson General Hospital-Radiation Therapy, as director of imaging at St. Bernard Parish Hospital, director of radiology and radiation therapy at East Jefferson General Hospital, and quality manager for radiology at Southern Baptist Hospital, Mercy Hospital, Mercy Baptist, and Memorial Medical Center. He also served as director of cardiology, respiratory, health, and fitness, and transport at Memorial Medical Center. He is a Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA), is Academy of Radiology Leadership and Management Certified (ARLM), being the first-person certified as such in the state of Louisiana. He is also a licensed Louisiana State Radiologic Technologist, an American Registry of Radiologic Technologist, (ARRT) and holds certifications as a radiologic technologist and as a cardiovascular technologist M.B.A from Touro University, as well as a Bachelor of Science from the College of St. Francis. Ricky ensures Capitol Imaging Services vision while looking to internal and external growth to keep employees and facilities ahead of our competition while providing strategic direction and value to the execution of the CIS business plan for all CIS facilities. His focus is on quality, safety, and performance within all areas of patient care and embraces the process of change in those areas as driving factors to overall improvement. Ricky is married and has three daughters and four grandchildren. He enjoys woodworking, working on his old truck, golf, and playing with his grandchildren.

Sabrina has a track record of delivering outstanding customer service and organizing strategies to CIS as a means to increase revenue. Her professional background includes over 30 years of healthcare management experience with 25 of those years in radiology revenue cycle management. Sabrina is skilled in the entire revenue cycle process from registration to collections and everything in between. She is a graduate of the University of New Orleans Medical Billing and Coding Certification Program. Sabrina has served on the Herzing University Medical Billing and Coding Curriculum Advisory Board, the Greater New Orleans Medical Managers Board and the RBMA National Payor Relations Committee. She has also assisted Southern University New Orleans with their RHIA intern placement program. She lives in the New Orleans area and is married with a son, daughter, and several wonderful grandchildren. She enjoys traveling, concerts, and best of all, spending time with her grandchildren.

Tim started his career in radiology as a staff technologist in a hospital setting with outpatient imaging center management and Information systems administration making up the majority of his healthcare experience. He is currently Chief Technology Officer for Capitol Imaging Services, LLC which owns over 40 imaging centers throughout the Southeast United States. He holds certifications from the Louisiana State Board or Radiological Technologists (LSBRT) and the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). He also holds certification as a Certified Radiology Administrator through the Association for Medical Imaging Management (AHRA), and is a member of the Society for Imaging Informatics in Medicine (SIIM). Tim resides in Mandeville, Louisiana with his wife Paige and children Julia, Quinn and Kate. He is an avid sports enthusiast and loves to hunt and fish.

Tory joined the Capitol Imaging Services leadership in 2019 and is responsible for the operational success and supervision of the Baton Rouge, Lafayette, and South Texas markets as well as new acquisitions. He has over 14 years of healthcare management experience with a strong background in business analysis and information system integrations. As a Senior Vice President of Operations & Integration, Tory facilitates clinical development and expansions, vendor and service contracting, and strategic implementations. He has operated alongside John Stagg, CEO of Capitol Imaging Services, on several healthcare ventures after earning a bachelor's degree in information systems and decision sciences from Louisiana State University in 2009. Tory started his career as an information technology manager for Champion Management out of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, managing multi-state diagnostic imaging facilities, local home health and hospice care agencies, pharmacies, and senior nursing facilities. He has extensive experience in healthcare mergers and acquisitions, contractual negotiations, entity integrations and implementations, and staffing development. Tory is involved in his hometown community service league with his wife, Jessie and their three daughters, Jade, Jeanne, and Josie. He has been a lifelong and dedicated contributor to St. Jude's Children Hospital. He is an avid traveler and plans to visit as many states, countries, and cultures as possible through his time away with his family.
