Founder James Regan realized at a young age how building and creative thinking could be used to solve problems. He later determined that he could put these skills to use helping local people create homes they truly love, while also building a business that would make his family and community proud. "I have always wanted to work for myself and it was a goal of mine to leave a dynasty to my children," James says. "I wanted them to see and know hard work. My wife and kids are a big part of Regan Homes's success and why I do what I do every day." James graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with his bachelor's in finance and also earned a degree in construction management from Purdue University. Today, he continues to operate Regan Homes as an organization rooted in strong family values.
