Ashley is one of the most experienced emerging markets private equity investors with an investment career spanning over 2 decades, across various emerging markets including Africa, culminating in a successful tenure as the CIO of Capital Group's emerging market private market team. He has deep investment experience and has invested in and exited from over 100 companies.

Chuka Maduabum is a member of the investment team. He's responsible for deal origination, deal execution, and portfolio monitoring.
Yemi provides overall leadership, management and direction for the business, from fundraising to deal origination, execution and portfolio management.

Folakemi is a member of the investment team. She is responsible for reviewing investment opportunities and assisting with deal sourcing, due diligence and investment portfolio management activities.
She was most recently an investment professional at Platform Capital in Lagos, where she was involved in sourcing and analysing investment opportunities across the Africa region. Folakemi has a BSc in Business Management (First Class Honours) from Swansea University in the UK.
In her free time, Folakemi enjoys watching unboxing and reviewing videos of high-tech consumer products as well as exploring new cultures and foods.
George is an Associate on the investment team. He is responsible for deal origination, execution, and monitoring of investments and divestments.

Kim drives the ESG and Impact objectives of our business and our portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance on incorporating ESG factors into both existing and development projects.
She has over 14 years of experience in managing ESG risks and impacts. Her vast experience across multiple sectors includes consulting, pharmaceutical, oil and gas, construction and FMCG. Kim was previously the Head of ESG at Africa Terminals Nigeria Limited and also worked at HealthPlus Limited.
She holds a BSc from the University of Lagos and an MSc (with commendation), in Environmental Science, from the University of Aberdeen, United Kingdom. Kim is an International Register of Certified Auditors (IRCA) trained Lead Auditor for ISO14001 (Environmental Management Systems) and a National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH) Certified Safety Professional. She also holds certifications in Social Impact Assessment from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, UK and Land Acquisition, Resettlement and Social Sustainability from The University of Groningen, Netherlands.
