The agency started in 1969 as Carlisle Andrews Insurance. In 1984, Dan Zimny and Brian Gilmore bought the agency. In 1994, Dan and Brian purchased Partington, Soderholm, Schreiner Agency forming Gilmore, Partington, Schreiner, Zimny Insurance. As agency ownership changed to Anthony Zimny in 2018, the name was changed to Zimny Insurance Agency Inc.
