David has over 30 years experience in the construction industry within the infrastructure, heavy civils, power, utilities, telecommunications, transportation, aviation, logistics & labour supply sectors. He has worked on large, complex, high-profile projects including large water schemes, major utility frameworks, and power and rail projects. David is responsible for planning, developing and implementing commercial strategies based on company goals and objectives with the main goal to support and accelerate growth in our civil engineering division. That includes developing and leading the McGinley's overall engagement strategy for HS2 projects.

Dermot has a long history in both the construction and recruitment sector. As well as leading McGinley family run contracting and recruitment buinesses, he served for 13 years as a Main Board Director of the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) chairing the Audit Committee and was a key member of the NVQ/SVQ Committee. Dermot brings his experience and passion to McGinley in developing the Group's strategic direction and the development of major new business opportunities within the Recruitment sector.

Sean McGinley - COO

A former Quantity Surveyor, Sean worked in the building and civil engineering sector for 10 years before joining the McGinley in 1990. As Commercial Director, and with an in depth understanding of the business needs for the future, Sean leads a team that provides the McGinley business and senior management with the services they need to be successful. These include: business strategy and planning, financial planning, procurement, marketing and quality management.
