Amanda Clarke

Amanda is our accounts expert extraordinaire. Amongst other duties she assists Lesley in ensuring that rents are paid promptly as well as compiling statements and reports for landlords, and helping with compliance. When she isn't at work she is busy running around after two young children but when she does get a little time to herself, she enjoys going to concerts, eating out and having family holidays.

Caitlin Vale

As our newest recruit, Caitlin has the tricky task of rapidly getting up to speed with the processes of both our sales and lettings departments. Her knowledge of the property market is growing daily and she is quickly developing into a valued member of the team. Caitlin loves to travel and is looking forward to a holiday in New York.

Carl Page

Carl has worked for Hicks Hadley for over 13 years. Working within the largest dedicated lettings offices in Halesowen has resulted in Carl becoming one of the best Letting Advisors in the area. He has helped many tenants move more than once and will often be able to find an ideal home before it is even on the market. "I get a real buzz from finding tenants their next home. There is a great sense of anticipation when you are on your way to a viewing to show a potential tenant a property that you know that they will really like!"

Charlotte Gray

Charlotte is one of our most upbeat and enthusiastic team members. Despite being relatively new to our sales team she integrated so quickly and professionally; it feels like she's been here for years. She has a wealth of experience in selling homes and has become a valued and trusted negotiator. When she's not at work Charlotte loves spending time with her young family and dog Arlo.

Clair Collins

Clair is our sales manager and one of the newer members of the Hicks Hadley team. She has huge experience in property having previously worked in estate agency and as a mortgage broker so she's perfectly placed to advise clients on their journey to completing their property sales with us. A favourite of our clients, Clair does a wonderful job of being on hand for them and always happy to help.

David Hicks

David started the Partnership with Yvonne in 1990 after many years of experience dealing with property. Born in Birmingham, having lived in Halesowen for 20 years and now residing in Pedmore, David knows the local area very well. "After more than 25 years in business it's still a great pleasure to help local people move - many of whom use our services again and again. Apart from being passionate about property I am a keen skier and motor sports enthusiast and I enjoy travelling around Europe and the USA. I especially like Florida, the delicious sea food and great weather mean I really enjoy going back whenever I get the opportunity."

Helen Smith

Helen has now worked with us for over 8 years. She previously worked in retail and brings a wealth of customer service experience. Being born and raised in Halesowen she has extensive knowledge of the area. "In my spare time I love going to the cinema and watching box sets although those things can get in the way of shopping for shoes!"

Jon Preston

After gaining a degree in political science from Birmingham University Jon worked in online sales for a large jewellers but on becoming a landlord decided that property was a career he wanted to pursue. John joined us as a sales negotiator in early 2015 and is responsible for arranging and undertaking property viewings, booking valuations, negotiating offers and valuing properties. He has gained his NAEA Propertymark technical award qualification in residential property sales. "I have always enjoyed working with new people and one of my favourite aspects of being a Sales Valuer is finding out about the personalities and needs of our clients and then matching them to a property which suits them. When he's not at work John can be found captaining Blakedown Cricket club, playing football or table tennis and travelling the world sampling as many real ales as he can along the way.

Julie Pirincci

Julie has extensive experience in both our sales and lettings departments and has an uncanny ability to remember properties and people years after they have moved. The chattiest member of our sales team, she is responsible for running the property maintenance department and occasionally assisting in sales and lettings. "In my spare time I really enjoy fitness, cooking healthy recipes and going on holiday anywhere really hot. I wouldn't call myself an adrenaline junkie although I recently paraglided off a cliff in Turkey so I'm looking forward to finding my next adventure sports thrill. Lesley Dowden

Lesley expertly handles our accounts functions and was largely responsible for simplifying and streamlining that side of the business over the last few years. Her experience has been invaluable to us as Hicks Hadley has grown. "Outside of work I love music and concerts and have eclectic taste from Paul Mcartney to Paloma Faith. I also recently enjoyed an evening with Joanna Lumley."

Mattias Tench

Mattias is our dedicated and experienced Lettings Manager. With a huge passion for the property industry, Mattias possesses extensive knowledge and expertise in the field of lettings and property management. Having honed his skills over several years, he has established himself as a trusted advisor and reliable point of contact for both landlords and tenants. Mattias' primary responsibility involves overseeing all aspects of the lettings process as well as business development. He continually keeps abreast of market trends, industry regulations and best practices to deliver up-to-date and valuable insights to his clients. He prides himself on staying ahead of the curve and adapting to the ever-evolving landscape of the lettings property market. Outside of work, Mattias enjoys playing team basketball, golf and spending time with his family and the family dog Bentley.

Natalie Stokes Landlord

Natalie has worked for Hicks Hadley for 15 years and initially came through a work experience program as an administration student. She is the master when it comes to inventories and makes easy work of vacating inspections with her elephant like memory. "I love my job and although it can be demanding it's nowhere near as hard as being a new Mum! Our early adoption of lettings specific software has helped me so much compared to the days of the old dictaphone and it means I can do my job quicker and more efficiently - leaving more time for my son to wear me out!

Oliver Hicks

With a degree in Business and Logistics from Aston University Oliver gained a strong knowledge base in customer service and marketing. He was able to put these skills into practice working on the branding and marketing campaigns for the launch of Ocado near London. He also founded a successful tennis coaching business which expanded considerably thanks in large part to the quality of its promotion. Oliver is responsible for ensuring that the marketing at Hicks Hadley is cutting edge so that the properties of vendors and landlords have the greatest possible exposure. ""I've been interested in property for as long as I can remember and have personally refurbished a number of houses and flats over the last 10 years. As a landlord I appreciate how much work goes into preparing a property for the open market." There is almost nothing I enjoy more than skiing but the absence of mountains in Birmingham means I don't get to do it as often as I would like. I enjoy playing lots of sports but tennis and golf are my real passions."

Pam Parsons

Pam matches people to properties and conducts viewings for our lettings department. Pam is very in demand in her spare time with her west highland terrier and granddaughter vying for her attention but when she has time to herself she absolutely loves eating out and dreaming about her next long haul family holiday

Yvonne Hicks

Yvonne started Hicks Hadley along with David in 1990 bringing years of experience as a Business Lecturer. This, along with hands-on experience of letting apartments in Birmingham and holiday lets, made the Lettings Department at Hicks Hadley an ideal environment for her skills. "I am proud of what we have achieved here - our lettings business has evolved to such a degree that you would hardly recognise it now from what it was 20 years ago. Technology has played a big part in its development but the most important aspect has been our fantastic team of staff - all local people. I love sport and tennis is my favourite - doubles tennis especially as there is nothing I enjoy more than working in a team …and winning of course!" When she isn't winning on the tennis court Yvonne loves going on energetic walks with Coco her Jack Russell terrier and Coco's new sister Cindy the Chihuahua
