Anthony has a huge wealth of experience at a senior level spanning over 25 years across commercial and industrial sectors.
He has a strong operational background specialising is high end finishing and strong delivery of projects. Before joining Glencar, Anthony started his career at Keir before spending a prosperous 16 years at Volkerfitzpatrick building division successful delivering industrial projects, energy waste for waste projects and high end commercial office buildings. There he oversaw the uprising of the London & South region, with a mixed workload of large high end central London commercial offices and out of town new build commercial office schemes.
For Glencar, Anthony drives business improvement and performance, his wealth of experience and knowledge across the years ensures our teams are always consistent in our approach and delivery.

Barry has over 20 years of construction industry experience and specialises in pre-construction and planning management.
Barry holds a wealth of knowledge and experience due to his background working in civil and structural engineering, site management and site planning roles before adopting more senior roles within the industry.

Ben started out his career at a regional contractor and completed his degree part time. Since this he has worked on and managed a wide variety of projects for McLaren and Willmott Dixon across a range of sectors including industrial & logistics, manufacturing, automotive, retail, storage and education.
At Glencar he is overseeing our largest regional portfolio of revenue in the UK Midlands & North.
Ben brings an affable and pragmatic management style to a project and will always go the extra mile.
As the second Co-Founder of Glencar, Chris has overall responsibility for the commercial aspects of the business and along with Eddie and takes a proactive and progressive stance on business leadership and strategy.
He spent the first 15 years of his career as a Quantity Surveyor. Joining McLaren Construction in 2005, he was promoted to Commercial Director in 2009 and was responsible for the Southern region's commercial activities and a turnover in excess of £120m.
He has worked in almost all sectors including industrial, retail, commercial, residential, education, leisure, stadia, health and has extensive knowledge of many contract forms.
With over 30 years' experience working on complex construction schemes in various roles from site engineer, site manager to operations director, Chris has managed numerous key schemes for main contractors including McLaren Construction and Simons Construction prior to joining Glencar.
With a specialism in major manufacturing and industrial developments, Chris always demonstrates an excellent level of customer focus, and his solid construction expertise is married with a consistent focus on continuous improvement and quality.
Chris brings a practical outlook to strategic decision-making and retains an agile and flexible approach to construction, whilst always ensuring the highest standards of safety and professionalism on site.

With over 30 years' experience across the building and civil sectors, Clive has developed a specialism in tendering and estimating projects within the fast track and commercial sectors and now leads Glencar's estimating function.
He brings a fresh perspective to any project and is an expert in producing alternative and cost-effective solutions for all types of building from concept through to completion.
Prior to joining Glencar, he held a senior estimating role at McLaren Construction where he handled tenders across a range of sectors and building types to the value of £150m. Clive has also spent time at John Sisk & Son, VolkerFitzpatrick and Oakmont Construction.

Daniel is a multi-faceted construction industry professional with a background in structural and digital engineering and project management.
Before joining Glencar in 2018, he worked for Aurecon in Dubai, working alongside local and international consultants to lead the delivery of several complex and high- profile projects.
Daniel brings a design-led approach to his work and has been a regular guest speaker on the engineering and digital circuits.
His past project experience includes residential, education, hospitality, high-rise and leisure. Daniel is a Member of the Project Management Institute, UAE and the UK Institution of Structural Engineers.
With a background initially in agricultural engineering, Dorota subsequently studied IT at degree-level and graduated a second time in 2011. She now has over 14 years' experience in IT-related roles.
Prior to joining Glencar, Dorota worked for a consultancy service delivering workshops and training to the likes of NATO, Scotland Yard, London Airports and other high profile organisations.
Joining Glencar in 2018, she is one of the most important members of our Business Support team. Dorota has been with Glencar since the early days and throughout our sustained period of growth to the present day. She has oversight of many centralised corporate operations, including back office and administrative support for construction sites and managing our ISO systems.
Dorota was instrumental in our recent accreditation drive, achieving ISO 9001 and 14001 in 2018, followed by ISO 45001 for Health and Safety in 2022.
Dorota now oversees our IT department, monitoring the efficiency of business procedures across the Group and optimising the majority of our systems each year.

Eddie also spent time on the customer side of delivery whilst living in Sydney, but upon return to the UK, he moved back into main contracting primarily on industrial and retail accounts.
Eugene is our Health and Safety leader, overseeing all aspects of the discipline, taking a holistic approach for all of our pre-construction and on-site construction activities.
He ensures the implementation, delivery and enforcement of Glencar Health and Safety policies. Eugene also works in collaboration with customers, operations teams and end-users to ensure CDM compliance documentation and procedures are tailored to meet the specific goals and requirements of each project.
Greg is a conscientious construction professional with an excellent track record of delivery over a career of some three decades.
With a strong background in civil engineering, Greg's first role as a graduate was with Fitzpatrick Contractors (who latterly became VolkerFitzpatrick) where he progressed from Site Engineer to Operations Director, ultimately overseeing the London region. In 2015 he joined Galliford Try as the sole Operations Manager for the Northern home counties. More latterly, Greg has developed a specialism in fit-outs and interiors, holding senior roles with Willmott Dixon Interiors and OD Interiors. Greg's sector experience includes commercial, education, residential, pharmaceutical and rail/infrastructure.
Following the completion of an MSc in Environmental Management & Sustainable Development, James has gained extensive experience in the design and implementation of sustainability strategies for the built environment over a 20 year career.
His previous roles at project, regional and corporate levels include roles at Amec, Bechtel and Mace Group. More latterly he has also worked for clients in the construction, retail and manufacturing industries on a consultancy basis.
At Glencar, James is heading up our responsible business sustainability strategy, focusing on delivering the key priority themes of net zero carbon, climate change resilience, responsible procurement, waste and the circular economy, and social value.
With over 15 years' experience in the construction industry, Kevin has worked across a multitude of sectors including education, leisure, health and commercial, with a specialism in industrial and logistics schemes.
Having spent some 9 years at Interserve Construction, where he worked his way through the ranks from a graduate position, Kevin joined Glencar from Readie Construction, where he was responsible for multiple schemes values in excess of £85m and delivering well in excess of 1m sq. ft of industrial warehouse space.
Kevin joined Glencar in 2018 to oversee the development of the Midland and Northern regions and brings a wealth of experience, particularly working on constrained sites delivering complex re-development schemes.

A positive and proactive leader with a passion for developing people and teams, Lee has established an excellent reputation over his 25 years in the construction industry.
Having started his career in 1994 as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor with John Laing whilst completing his degree, Lee progressed steadily through the ranks at Mansell and then McLaren Construction before joining Engie to oversee various projects as a Divisional Manager.
Prior to joining Glencar, he was Commercial Director at Oakmont Construction, where he maintained an involvement at project level as well as being instrumental in the formulation of business strategy, the implementation of systems and in the development of people and culture. His project experience includes; data centres, commercial offices, retail, industrial and logistics, residential and education.
Mark is a highly motivated, results driven professional with over 35 years' construction experience.
He is part of the leadership team driving growth through the business and has a proven track record throughout his career of high delivery with blue chip companies. His strong team philosophy of supporting the development of individuals has resulted in delivering outstanding results and service to new customers. With strong client relationships, Mark has created repeat business spanning many years.

Matt has extensive experience working within main contracting, joining from Buckingham Group and previously working for John Sisk, working within a quantity surveying team and moving forward to pre-construction. Matt highly values the relationships he forges with all stakeholders.
Matt has led various high value and complicated tenders using his knowledge to ensure that ‘no stone was unturned', his attention to detail is commendable.

Neil commenced his career as a trainee Civil Engineer, before joining BAM Construction where he moved role to Quantity Surveying. He spent 7 years main contracting before he then moved to specialist sub-contractor WRR(UK). He then joined the fit-out contractor Harrison Jorge and subsequently, Glencar.
Neil has vast experience of working on various high-profile projects across the spectrum of industrial and logistics, rail, commercial offices, industrial and high-spec residential.

With many years working as a Bid Director, Head of Marketing and as a Business Consultant in the UK and overseas, Nick leads our communications department as part of the Senior Leadership Team and has a wide-ranging input to the Group's strategic development.
He is our primary contact for external communications, oversees all things brand and marketing, in addition to managing the proposals arm of Glencar's work-winning function.
Pat McGillycuddy is a well-known figure in the European logistics market, having spent some 30 years at the helm of Gazeley, a premier developer, investor and manager of European logistics warehouses and distribution parks.
Pat oversaw the growth of Gazeley from a one country BU to a multinational developer investor, becoming Non-Executive Chairman when the business was acquired by GLP.
Over several decades of experience, including as Store Development Director of Asda and COO of EZW (A Dubai World Company), he played a key role along with his colleagues in positioning Gazeley as an industry leader in logistics development.
Pat has completed an Advanced Management Programme at Harvard Business School and is a Fellow of the CIOB.

Peter initially came in as Construction Director in 2019 but now oversees all of our UK Midlands & North and Ireland operations as Managing Director of these regions.
With an exceptionally strong construction management and engineering background, Peter started his career on the Costain engineering graduate scheme. Prior to joining Glencar in early 2019, he spent 14 years at McLaren Construction, starting as a site engineer and working his way to divisional Director.
Peter has a wealth of experience in the delivery of large scale industrial and logistics projects and has delivered multiple landmark schemes for some of the UK's biggest retailers including Ocado, Tesco & Poundland.

Rory has a solid engineering and consultancy background within the built environment. He joined Glencar to head up our new Ireland division in early 2022.
He has 25 + years of international experience both as an Engineer and Project Manager on various residential, industrial and commercial projects

Roy joined Glencar from McLaren Construction, where he held the position of Divisional Director with a large project portfolio under his oversight.
With a background in engineering, Roy started his career with Tarmac before moving to McLaren in 2002. There, he developed his expertise across multiple sectors including retail, commercial, mixed use, industrial and logistics, data centres, residential and education.
With an unrivalled delivery record, Roy now has responsibility for leading Glencar's operations in the south of the UK and London.
Sophie is a senior HR professional with over 20 years' experience including at start-up and high growth businesses.
She previously worked at Speakerbus Group and LiDCO Group where she was part of the Company Leadership Team, heading up the HR function and supporting global operations through periods of significant growth for both companies.
As well as possessing an excellent understanding of employment law, Sophie is passionate about adding commercial value, optimising team engagement and providing service excellence.
At Glencar, she is responsible for developing our HR strategy and processes, including the recruitment and retention of team members and the design of our training and development programmes.
After training initially in an engineering role, Stephen progressed through all stages of the construction management process and has led several major projects for a number of Tier 1 UK contractors.
Stephen brings a solid track record of construction experience and a focus on innovation and a desire to adopt modern methods of construction whenever possible.
Focused on building strong delivery teams, Stephen works hard to develop talent and bring a blend of differing skills to produce great performing teams.
Client and professional team relationships are key to Stephen with collaboration, support and respect key drivers for him in all dealings.
Tom is a highly motivated, client focused individual with extensive experience in the construction industry. He now looks after many of our Midlands & North projects from an operational leadership perspective.
Tom has successfully led complex schemes including restricted city centre locations where health, safety, quality and environmental factors are a key focus to deliver a successful end product.
He works with pre-construction teams successfully through the tendering process and upon appointment, similarly with the professional team and supply chain to deliver the customer's vision on site.
Tom is head of the finance department at Glencar, overseeing all payments, payroll, and accounts, as well as assisting the Commercial teams with reports on live and completed projects and the wider business with any financial analysis that is required. He joined Glencar in 2019 and prior to this, built-up multiple years of experience working with finance departments from a broad range of sectors, in both a consultant role and in house.
Tom's early career was spent as a member of the audit department at KPMG London where he worked mainly with SMEs and high-growth companies, as well as completing his ACA qualification.
After KPMG, Tom joined the Corporate Finance team at Universal Music Group, where he was responsible for collating and reporting Group results to the board and shareholders.

Tony has a strong commercial background and in recent years has become our leader for business development. He also looks after our business support functions.
Prior to joining Glencar, Tony spent 8 years as a Director for specialist sub-contractor FK Group. Tony was responsible for leading the maintenance and refurbishment division (including overseeing multiple projects on live business parks and distribution centres for Asda, Pets at Home and B&Q among others) before moving to Dubai where he established a AED45m turnover Group office focusing on the industrial, cold store and refurbishment sectors.
Tony spent 15 years at McLaren Construction and Volker Fitzpatrick in a Commercial Director role overseeing the South East region before joining FK in 2010.
