Cissy Chow

As one of our Relationship Managers, Cissy Chow is one of the smiling faces you are likely to meet if you are looking to embark on your real estate journey with Areal. On a typical day, you will find her acting as the middleman between our property owners, current and prospective buyers, and tenants. Cissy's role is to facilitate communication between the two parties and create a rental or sales experience that is enjoyable and stress-free for everyone. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Communications and International Studies), Cissy discovered a passion for property and real estate and re-trained to become a property manager. She has been working in the real estate industry for three years and joined the Areal team at the start of 2023 As a Relationship Manager, Cissy is known for her can-do attitude and positive mindset, which enables her to easily build, develop, and maintain positive relationships with our buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. She understands that buying, selling, and renting can be a confusing, daunting, and overwhelming prospect, particularly when it's your first time. That's why she takes pride in taking the hard work out of the real estate so that all of her clients can enjoy a convenient, and seamless real estate experience. Once he arrived in Australia he completed his secondary education at Camberwell Grammar and then went on to continue and complete his Masters in International Business at Deakin University. Having previously been a Business Broker which involved listing and selling small-medium sized businesses, franchising food businesses and gaining knowledge of all aspects within the real estate industry, Edmund brings with him valuable customer service experience and great negotiation skills. Along with his valuable customer service and strong people skills, Edmund is multilingual and has the ability to speak Mandarin, Cantonese and English which enables him to communicate with a large variety of clients. Hilary Ho

Hilary Ho is part of the sales team here at Areal. As a Sales Administrator, Hilary is one of the first points of contact for potential clients looking to work with our company. She also helps connect our buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants with the best agent to suit their needs. She sees strong communication as one of the most important ingredients when it comes to building positive, lasting connections with her clients. She is passionate about using clear and transparent communication, and going above and beyond to ensure a fantastic client experience every time. Hilary's clients and colleagues also know her to be very energetic, outgoing, and passionate, with a willingness to help others wherever she is able. Hilary is currently working with us part-time whilst she studies to become an enrolled nurse. However, she is keen to remain involved with the real estate industry in some capacity. Outside of work, Hilary loves spending time with her friends and family (who she considers to be her biggest supporters), and is a keen volleyball player.

Hillary Wang

Hillary Wang is Areal's HR Coordinator, and the one responsible for everything to do with the "people" aspect of our company. From recruitment, hiring, and onboarding to employee placements, performance management, employee relations, and legal compliance, Hillary takes care of all of our HR projects and initiatives. She is one of the first friendly faces that future employees will meet when they apply for a job at Areal. Hillary comes from a real estate and admin background, having previously worked as a representative for a property sales agent. She also previously studied a foundation certificate in project management. Since moving into the HR space, she has shown herself to be an expert in dealing with a range of HR matters, and developing initiatives that support Areal's goals as a business. She is also known for being a responsible, friendly, and caring team player, who is highly efficient with great attention to detail.

Jake Largaiolli

Jake Largaiolli is one of the Relationship Managers who work with our landlords, investors, and tenants as part of our leasing department. Jake is committed to providing his clients with a tailored experience that suits their needs and not just meets, but also exceeds, all their expectations. He is passionate about helping property investors to get the most out of their rental property, by identifying opportunities for them to maximise their return on investment. Jake has been working in the real estate industry since 2016, when he started out as a personal assistant for a sales agent whilst completing his Agents Representative Certificate. Later that year, he stepped up into a property management role, and continued to grow as a property manager until he was promoted to the role of senior property manager in 2021. In this role, he was responsible for managing a team of two property managers, and was awarded the title of Property Manager of the Year in both 2021 and 2022. He then went on to join the Areal team in 2023. Around the office, Jake is known for being funny and outgoing, as well as efficient, hard working, a high achiever, and an avid problem solver. He is also known for his knowledge and professionalism, and is often the one his colleagues turn to when they need help navigating challenging issues. In the future, his goal is to move into more of a leadership role where he can lead a team of property managers.

James Porto

James comes from a strong real estate background, having worked in the Melbourne real estate industry for a number of years now. He started his career as a leasing consultant, and spent nearly two years in this role before moving into a business development position. Having spent four years in this role before joining the Areal team, he brings to the table a wealth of experience in growing and expanding businesses within the real estate sector. James is very dedicated, determined, and growth-focused, and has a strong vision for how Areal will continue to grow as a company over the coming years. He is excited to work alongside the rest of the team to turn this vision into a reality, and take Areal to new heights as a company. He is currently studying a double degree in business and business leadership, which he believes will provide him with the skills and knowledge necessary for him to best support the company to achieve this. His clear and transparent approach to communication, efficient approach to service delivery, and in-depth knowledge of the rental market ensures a seamless rental experience, from start to finish. Nick is committed to achieving excellence through impeccable service and isn't afraid to go above and beyond to ensure that he doesn't just meet, but also exceeds, his clients' expectations.
