Amit Sharma is the CEO of BMM Innovation Group, which provides cutting-edge technology and services centered around cybersecurity, information, and virtual educational training for the global gaming industry. In addition to serving various roles in technology for the last 18 years, Sharma brings long-term gaming industry experience, business development capabilities, and proven management skills. Sharma is a resident of Las Vegas and holds a B.S in Electrical Engineering and B.A. in Economics from the University of California, San Diego.

Dafydd Willliams leads BIG Cyber's commercial activities and joined the company in 2020. His background is in the global gaming industry, having previous experience with commercial roles in RegTech, testing and certification, and technical compliance.

Jerad Swimmer is an enrolled Tribal member of the United Keetoowah Band of Cherokee Indians in Oklahoma. He has worked for seven Tribes in the gaming industry and has more than 32 years of experience in operations, sales, and regulatory compliance. Jerad began his career with the Muscogee Creek Nation Bingo in Oklahoma and since has been educated, mentored, and developed in all gaming and regulatory departments. Jerad has experienced the benefits of networking, creating a lifetime of relationships, resources, education, and opportunities within the gaming industry. Jerad is a proud member of the Oklahoma Indian Child Welfare Association (OICWA) and serves as the Master of Ceremonies.
