Hulton Park will comprise the restoration and regeneration of the Park and within it create a championship-grade golf course, alongside a thriving new residential community that incorporates high-quality homes, green spaces and an abundance of community facilities. In response to feedback received in relation to the previous plans, we have taken the opportunity to bring forward a refreshed vision for Hulton Park. It is important to us that we deliver a scheme that works for Bolton... Our vision is driven by a commitment to restore and regenerate Hulton Park and open the site to existing residents to ensure that surrounding communities are able to access and enjoy the benefits offered by the development. In summary, the refreshed design incorporates many of the features of the previous scheme, with some new features that seek to respond to feedback from the local community...
