The Kentucky National Board Network is a community of National Board Certified Teachers (NBCTs), candidates, and supporters across the commonwealth of Kentucky. Founded by Holly Bloodworth, NBCT in 2017, the Network works closely with the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards (NBPTS.org) to further the vision of accomplished teaching for ALL students in our nation. Our committees include Advocacy & Networking; Candidate Recruitment & Support; Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; Nominating & Membership; and Public Relations & Communications. We believe this work to spread accomplished teaching using the National Board process and resources will further our vision that every child in Kentucky deserves to be taught by an accomplished teacher... Every child deserves an accomplished teacher. The KY NBCT Network is a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization that believes the National Board process and resources are valuable for supporting all teachers' growth and deepening reflection...
