Ken founded North Point Builders in 1988 and grew the company steadily from a one-man operation to its current size, with contracts ranging from our client's smallest needs to their projects exceeding $35 million. He continues to oversee the North Point Builders day-to-day operations. With more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry, serving organizations in the Baltimore metropolitan region and surrounding counties, Ken's vast knowledge of the industry directly influences and ensures the success of every project.
Ken is a Baltimore Polytechnic Institute alumnus and a graduate of Cornell University. Throughout his career, he has been at the center of some of Baltimore's most notable and recognizable projects, such as the construction of the Baltimore Convention Center and the renovation of Baltimore City Hall.
Ken serves on several construction industry association boards and is an active member of the community. He is a chairperson of his church council, Scout Master of a Boy Scout troop, and had coached boys' lacrosse for many years. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, playing music, and spending time with his family.
