Sea Point is one of Cape Town's most densely populated suburbs, an important commercial and residential area very popular for living, investing and well known for shopping, dining and entertainment facilities. Many foreigners and local investors see the area as a place of urban rejuvenation... The Sea Point CID is managed by an excellent team, consisting of the Chief Operations Officer (COO), Precinct Manager and Field Officer, along with the support, dedication and guidance of the Sea Point CID Board of Directors... The Sea Point City Improvement District (SPCID) was formed in 1998, with the purpose to manage, improve and promote the SPCID area. This mandate is implemented through our Operational Divisions, forming the core of the CID model. These are managed and overseen through the office of the Chief Operations Officer (COO).
