Yunki Ahn started his career with Subsea Global Solutions in October 2011 as a Commercial Diver working for the Busan office. After some years in the field, he was promoted to Operations Manager for the Asia region, then subsequently further promoted to Area Manager for South Korea. He is Certified Engineer for Survey & Geospatial Information and commercial diving. He currently lives with his family in Busan, South Korea, and in his free time may be found on his motorcycle, or on the tennis court.

Azman Basiron

Azman Basiron has joined Subsea Global in August 2020. He is a sales professional with more than 25 years of work experience. He commenced his career as a coating adviser which involved coating inspection, paint and coating material selection. In early years of his career he got an opportunity to work in sales department of large paint manufacturer. He quickly recognised that there were inherent qualities in him for furthering his career in sales and marketing. His experience includes developing new business for major paint companies. In Jotun, he led a marine sales team and acted as Key Account Manager for renowned ship owners and managers. Recognising his potential, the company has enrolled him to take up the NACE Level 3 to further his understanding of the technical expect of the coating application. He has also worked in sales departments of Nippon and Chugoku Paints. During the last five years he has worked twice with V.Ships in Singapore where he was responsible for developing ship management business with ship owners based in Singapore, Indonesia, Taiwan, and South Korea.

Edwin Van Maldegem

Edwin Van Maldegem joined Subsea Global Solutions in 2023 and is a Marine Engineer with over 30 years' experience in the maritime community, who started his career sailing as a 3rd Engineer and worked his way up quickly to Chief Engineer. Moving ashore after some 10 years, Edwin started as a Technical Superintendent in ship management within ship owning companies, ultimately as Fleet Director for a specialist shipping company based in the Netherlands, prior to joining us. Antwerp, as the Belgian and European hub office of Subsea Global Solutions serves the ARAG (Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Antwerp, Ghent, and beyond). It is also the home of the hull cleaning ROV systems - the Portable C-ROV; and the in-water cleaning and capture (IWCC) EcoFriendly C-ROV; which also operate in France, United Kingdom, and Africa. Edwin's mix of engineering skills and experience as an end-user of underwater maintenance and repair services reinforces the portfolio of services offered and customer focus. In his free time, you will find him with his road bike, spinning bike, ski's or sailing boat.

Elizabeth joined Subsea Global Solutions in April of 2014. Prior to joining Subsea Global Solutions, Elizabeth spent 14 years with Ingersoll Rand holding a variety of positions culminating in becoming District Finance Leader for Central America and Caribbean. During her tenure at IR, Elizabeth opened five Greenfield offices throughout Central America and Caribbean and was responsible for financial oversight, forecasting and strategic planning. Elizabeth earned both her Bachelor's in Accounting/International Business and Master's in Accounting from Florida International University.

Joined Subsea Global Solutions on October 2019 as Commercial Director - Europe A seasoned sales leader with over twenty years of experience, last decade being within the shipping industry with a track record to lead and work with diverse teams in a variety of highly competitive industries, and fast-paced environments with a Strong ability to maintain and develop contracts with customers and relevant industry leads. Greg will be leading our efforts to expand Subsea Global Solutions business in Europe, and is the primary point of contact for our European clientele and resides in Cyprus.

Kelley Williamson

Kelley Williamson worked as a welder, fabricator & maintenance mechanic in Industrial plants and Industrial facilities throughout the southeastern United States. In 2007 he started working as a diver with Miami Diver Inc. before it transitioned into Subsea Global Solutions. Worked directly in the field as a Diver Technician, Diving Supervisor, and Project Manager conducting high-end technical repairs on a routine basis in the Cruise, Cargo, and Oil and Gas sectors worldwide. In 2022 he was promoted to the Technical Services Director position. He currently lives in Indian River County, FL, and operates out of the Corporate offices in Miami, FL.

Kevin Peters

Kevin Peters is a VP of Business Development at Subsea Global Solutions, LLC. He is a former US Marine and received his commercial diving training at the coastal school of deep-sea diving in Oakland California in 1982. Kevin started his career at Miami Diver LLC. in 1983. In 2000 he became president of Miami Diver's operations in the US and the Caribbean. With 30 years plus experience in underwater ship repair and husbandry Kevin had helped significantly in the growth and development of Miami Diver, LLC to become a globally recognized company in the maritime community. Under Kevin's leadership, Miami Diver became the first company in the world to qualify "Class A" underwater wet weld procedures to the AWS D3.6 Standard approved by Lloyds Register of Shipping, Det Norske Veritas and Germanischer Lloyd in 1998. In 2014, Kevin was the co-recipient of the A.F. Davis Silver Medal for the excellence of a paper in the field of Maintenance and Surfacing entitled "Repair of a Hull 15 m below the Waterline" (AWS Welding Journal Nov 2014), awarded by the American Welding Society. He has been instrumental in the negotiations and process that merged Miami Diver with Parker Diving from Long Beach, California. With this merger he created a new company-Subsea Global Solutions LLC. He has since become very proactive in equipment design and development for underwater hull cleaning as well as developing environmentally friendly procedures for hull cleaning operations in ports around the world. When he isn't talking to a customer in some shipping hub or looking for the next logical location for new Subsea Global Solutions office locations, you can find Kevin on his boat diving and fishing off Miami Beach or baking artisan bread in his wood fired oven. He resides in Davie, Florida with his wife Carol and his two daughters Kaylee and Olivia.

Mark Morgan

Mark is the VP/General Manager for the Northwest North America region. He directly manages both the Subsea Global Solutions Vancouver and Subsea Global Solutions Port Angeles Offices. He began his career in underwater ship maintenance and repair in 1983, with All-Sea Enterprises Ltd. as a Commercial Diver. As part of the original management team, he has held numerous positions including Project Manager, Operations Manager, Director of Propeller Repair Operations and in 2009, Mark became the General Manager for the Vancouver office. As a globally renowned expert in underwater straightening repairs of large ship propellers, his experience extends to engineering and supervision in the field. Mark, the father of a grown daughter, resides with his wife Jennifer, high above downtown Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. During his spare time, he enjoys sailing to the many islands in the Salish Sea or hiking and snowshoeing in the nearby Coast mountains.

Paul Peters - CEO

Paul Peters started his career in commercial diving as a summer intern in 1986 in Miami, Florida. A native of Minnesota he returned to the Midwest to complete his BA degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Wisconsin River Falls where he also played 4 years of basketball. Over 30 years Paul has sat in almost every seat in Subsea Global Solutions including diving, operations, finance, and various management positions. He was a key part of the merger strategy to create one organization and was named CEO in 2013 of Subsea Global Solutions. He is an avid sports fan that follows all the local South Florida teams and likes to escape to the North Carolina mountains for a little peace and quiet.

Randy Harp started his career with Subsea Global Solutions in March 2013 as a Dive Supervisor working for the Los Angeles/ Long Beach office. After several years in the field, he was promoted to Operations Manager of the maintenance division for the West Coast region, followed by another promotion a couple years later to the Global Key Account Manager position serving the cruise industry on behalf of the Subsea Global Solutions headquarters. In 2021, Randy was promoted to the Area Manager position for the Los Angeles/Long Beach office covering all of California. Randy is a former Diver who worked with Muldoon Marine Services Inc. in Long Beach, CA from 2010-2013, which was acquired by Subsea Global Solutions in November 2018, and Bisso Marine & Salvage in New Orleans, LA from 2008-2010 where he began his journey in the maritime industry. He currently lives in Orange County, CA and operates out of the West Coast region in Long Beach, CA.
