The purpose of the Notice is to inform you of a class action lawsuit now pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California (the "Court") against Tesla, Inc. ("Tesla") and Elon Musk, Brad W. Buss, Robyn Denholm, Ira Ehrenpreis, Antonio J. Gracias, James Murdoch, Kimbal Musk, and Linda Johnson Rice (collectively, "Defendants").
