Amy joined Ann's Home Care in 2015 as Area Manager for Armagh and Dungannon having previously worked for another care provider. In addition to her managerial responsibilities, Amy regulates the company's MIS system where she applies her natural problem-solving skills.
Outside of work Amy enjoys baking when not busy looking after her 2 young children.

Andrea has over 6 years experience in health and social care.
Andrea joined Ann's in November 2015 as a care assistant. In August 2016 Andrea was promoted to Team Leader of Magherafelt and Maghera. In August 2020 Andrea received a further promotion to Care Manager of Maghera and Kilrea areas.
Prior to working in Social Care, Andrea was a stay at home mum until her children went to primary school.
Outside of work she enjoys going to cinema, travelling, and spending time with her family and 2 children.
Ann, with a BSC in Nursing has over 40 years' experience in care. Ann established Ann's Home Care with her husband Pat in 1994 and remains at the helm of operations.
Ann had a vision of a Domiciliary care service that would provide quality care at home delivered with integrity and consistency.
Through Ann's continued focus and direction the company is still guided by the same values she aspired to and Ann's Home Care continues to flourish and grow.
Outside of work Ann enjoys keeping active whether it be cycling, walking or running after her grandchildren. Ann also enjoys watching her sons play for her local Football team and the odd holiday whether it be a country and western week abroad or a cycling trip with her husband.
Caitlin joined Ann's in April 2019 as a care assistant having previously worked in a similar role for 3 years. Soon after Caitlin joined the on call team managing the phones in the evening and weekends.
Caitlin has developed her skills further and progressed to Care Manager within our Northern Trust team, managing, Cookstown, Magherafelt and Moneymore
Caitlin has achieved her degree in Social Care in Dundalk Institute of Technology.
Outside of work she spends her time with friends and family when she is not with her 2 golden retrievers.
Catherine has been working with Ann's Home Care for 10 years having started as a care assistant in the Portadown area. While completing her level 5 in Health and Social Care, Adult Management, Catherine was promoted to the post of team leader for the Newry area and in 2016 moved up to the position of Care Manager for Newry.
Outside of work Catherine's time is spent looking after her 2 young children.
Charmaine is a graduate in Leadership and Management for Health and Social care Services. She has over 15 years experience in Managing the Operational and Contractual requirements for Domiciliary and Nursing Care Services in both Northern and Southern Ireland. She is the Responsible person for both Ann's Nursing care and Ann's Care homes.
In her role with Ann's Nursing care and Ann's Care Homes, Charmaine is responsible for ensuring the Operational Management of both the agency and our Care Homes in compliance with legislatory and Regulatory requirements. She also manages complaints, training requirements and supports our RGN with revalidation.
In her spare time, Charmaine enjoys hiking and cycling i.e. when she has time off from chauffeuring her 2 children to their various sporting activities!
Chloe joined the Ann's Nursing Care team in late 2018, prior to which she spent 3 years working in addiction and mental health services as a sessional counsellor.
In her previous role she gained extensive knowledge in the provision of support to those having experienced trauma, abuse, depression, mental health issues & drug and alcohol addiction, which has provided valuable insight to the recruitment aspect of our service.
Chloe oversees the placement of staff to hospital shifts in her role with ANC. She is also responsible for Nursing and residential facilities in Counties Fermanagh, Tyrone and L'Derry.
Outside of work Chloe enjoys skiing, horse riding and spending time socialising with friends.

Gabrielle has worked as a Chartered Accountant in both the financial and private sector for over 25 years before joining Ann's in 2019. Gabrielle oversees the general management and finances of the Care Homes.
Her background has provided valuable knowledge and skills in various financial and acquisition functions, along with key organisational and client handling skills which compliment her current role.
Away from work Gabrielle enjoys cycling and walking her numerous pets!
Gemma joined Ann's Nursing care in October 2019 following 10 years in customer facing roles in Retail. Within this time she worked her way up from sales assistant to Deputy Manager before spending 6 years in business management roles within the sector.
Gemma initially joined ANC in the role of administrator, before progressing to the role of Area Manager for facilities in Antrim, Belfast and North Down within the company.
Outside of work she enjoys going on holidays, spending time socialising with her family and friends and is a talented make up artist!
Janette Started with Ann's Home Care 17 years ago as a care assistant in the Lurgan Area and was soon promoted to manager of the Portadown Area. Janette has since been managing the Lurgan area and more recently assists with finance and training.
During her time with Ann's, Janette has gained the following qualifications: Level 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care, Level 3 in First Line Management, Level 4 in the Registered Managers Award and Level 5 diploma in Management. She also completed Train the trainer in Manual Handling.
Outside of work Janette likes spending time with family and friends and enjoys reading.

Kate joined Ann's Nursing Care in July 2022.
Having 5 years experience as a temporary and permanent recruiter for a large multi-national recruitment company. Kate also has 10 years retail management experience under her belt.
Kate is our Area Manager for Derry/Londonderry and the North West.
Outside of work, Kate enjoys watching movies, baking and spending time with her family.

Kim joined the Ann's Home Care team in 2016, with her IATI qualification and over 15 years experience working in the Accounts and Payroll sector.
Kim is a highly motivated individual whose background has given her valuable insight into all aspects of accounting including Payroll, HMRC Reporting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Invoicing and Credit Control
Outside of Work Kim has one child and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Louise completed a BTEC level 5 in Care Practice before joining Ann's Home Care as care assistant in 2007. Soon after, Louise began working an assistant manager in the Portadown area and her hard work and dedication resulted in a promotion to care manager for Portadown and Tandragee in 2015. Owing to Louise's keen eye for detail, Louise was appointed the role of quality manager in 2018, working closely with team leaders and care managers to ensure Ann's standards are maintained and improved upon.
Outside of work Louise enjoys running after sheep and horses when she's not looking after her 3 young children.
Martina has worked in the care sector for the past 8 years. She commenced working as part of Ann's Home Care Team in 2016.
Originally from County Galway, Martina is qualified in Accounts and payroll and worked as a General Manger in the hospitality sector for many years.
Martina enjoys playing tennis with her friends, family time and reading.
Michelle has 10 years' experience in Recruitment, the last 4 years of which have been spent focusing on creating Temporary and Permanent staffing solutions for the Healthcare industry.
Michelle has gained a reputation for providing swift solutions for all facilities she manages. Her established working relationships, experience and dedication continue to bring positive outcomes in assisting potential future staffing requirements for our clients.
Outside of work Michelle enjoys spending time with family and friends and is a keen snooker enthusiast!

Nicola joined Ann's Homecare as the manager of the Lurgan area in November 2019, having almost 4 years previous experience in office Management within Domiciliary Healthcare.
Prior to moving into the Healthcare sector Nicola worked as a Legal Executive for 10 years and has experience in Sales Management. During this time Nicola completed an NVQ in Business Administration.
During her spare time Nicola enjoys spending time with family and travelling.
Paddy has 4 years' experience working within a healthcare environment. Having completed a Higher National Diploma in Health and Social Care Paddy went on to study Sociology and Psychology at Ulster University.
Paddy Started with Ann's Home Care in October 2019 after spending a year in Canada and is now care manager for the Armagh and Dungannon area. Paddy achieves great satisfaction in his role by helping to provide an invaluable service to members of the local community.
Outside of work Paddy enjoys weekends away, playing music, keeping active and attending music gigs.
Patrick worked as a Chartered Accountant before joining the family business in 2013. Patrick oversees the general management of the business in both Northern and Southern Ireland.
Outside of work Patrick enjoys playing for his local football team, spending time with his family and, if times allows it, a bit of farming.
Prior to taking up the position of Finance Manager for Ann's Nursing Care in 2018 and subsequently Ann's Care Homes in 2020, Robert spent 15years holding positions of seniority within the accounts departments of various private Healthcare Organisations In his native Scotland.
His background has afforded him valuable knowledge and skills in various financial and accounting functions, including: financial planning, client account management, staff payroll, reporting and credit control; which compliment his current role.
Outside of work Robert is an avid follower of sport, a self-confessed movie buff and likes attending music gigs. However, with a toddler at home, hobbies are out the window!
Roisin commenced with Ann's Home Care as a care worker in the Markethill area in 2007. Through continued hard work and dedication Roisin was promoted to Team Leader and then care manager, initially in Armagh and Dungannon areas. Roisin currently Manages the areas Newry, Markethill and Keady.
Outside of work Roisin enjoys time on the family farm, cycling, walks and the occasional dance in the Moy Inn on a Saturday night.

- Manager for Banbridge Dromore Kilkeel
Samantha is Manager for Banbridge Dromore Kilkeel and Rathfriland and has been with Ann's Home Care since 2012. Samantha has over 13 years' experience working in Health and Social Care having previously worked as a senior care assistant in a care facility.
Whilst working full time and caring for a young family Samantha graduated with a Degree in Health and Social Care. More recently she has achieved a Best Practice certificate in Health care Assistants via the University of Sterling. Within her time at Ann's Samantha also completed her Level 5 Diploma in Management and in 2017 became a Dementia Champion.
In her spare time Samantha enjoys spending time with her family, she has a son Jack and a daughter Katie.
Sarah joined Ann's in 2015 and is responsible for quality and compliance within the organisation, having previously worked in a similar role in another home care company for 5 years.
Sarah has achieved a level 5 in Health Care Management, a level 7 qualification in Leadership and management and a DipHe from the University of Ulster in Counselling. Before working in Healthcare, Sarah worked in the voluntary and advice sectors.
Outside of work Sarah is an avid reader and enjoys travel and long walks in the countryside.
Stephen has 5 years' experience within the Health Care Sector having worked for another Care provider before joining Ann's Home Care in late 2017. Prior to working in domiciliary care Stephen worked in a contact centre working within a specialised team which developed and managed new campaigns.

Susanna started with Ann's Home Care in 2013 as a Care Assistant whilst studying for her Finance Degree in the University of Ulster. After completing her degree Susanna was appointed to the role of Team Leader in Belfast and then became Area Manager for Armagh and Dungannon as a maternity post.
Susanna joined Ann's Nursing Care in May 2019 and is responsible for the management of the Armagh, Banbridge and Newry area.
