Stephen Crozier started the business in 1981 aged 21, with his father Jim. They initially worked from a rented lock-up in Perth and Jim continued to take an active interest in the garage until retirement. In 1988, Stephen had a stroke of luck on the football pools, which enabled him to invest in the company's first recovery vehicle. Stephen, his wife Elaine and their son Mark are the current Directors and Mark is the driving force behind the company's recovery operation. The company now operates 14 recovery trucks and 5 roadside service vans.
