Anthony is a member of the Minnesota Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and of the criminal defense section of the Minnesota State Bar Association.
Brady Jensen is a dedicated Associate Attorney at our firm, bringing a diverse and rich background in law, economics, and technology. He graduated with a Juris Doctor from the University of St. Thomas School of Law, where he was a recipient of the Presidential Scholarship and earned a Dean's Award in Lawyering Skills. Brady also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Concordia College, showcasing his deep understanding of economic principles that complement his legal expertise.
Before joining us, Brady honed his legal skills as a Business Law Extern at Avisen Legal, focusing on emerging corporate law issues, public benefit corporations, and environmental regulation. Additionally, Brady has international experience from his time as a Mergers and Acquisitions Intern at Baker McKenzie in Budapest, Hungary, where he led a team in preparing a case for the EU Court of Human Rights and conducted legal research on international markets.
Prior to pursuing law, Brady spent time working in tech for the healthcare software company, Epic. Brady's time in the tech industry helped to expand upon the regulatory background that sprouted during his time at Concordia.
Admitted to the Minnesota State Bar Association in October 2023, Brady's commitment to service is evident through his volunteer work with Habitat for Humanity and pro bono efforts. His personal interests include hockey, hiking, and photography, reflecting his well-rounded personality and dedication to both his profession and community.

Heidi Sampson grew up in Wheaton, Minnesota and joined our firm in 2017. Heidi graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead (MSUM) with a Bachelor of Science degree and a paralegal emphasis. Heidi is a paralegal for Paul Jensen. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and their yellow lab. Heidi also enjoys reading and baking.

Holly Tappe grew up in Roseau, Minnesota. She graduated from Roseau High School in 2003 and St. Cloud State University in 2007. Holly joined our firm in July 2013. She is currently the paralegal to J.J. Cline. Holly is married to husband Shane, and they have four children (Colbe, Cooper, Camrik, and Corlynn). Holly enjoys spending time with family, attending sporting events, traveling for wrestling, swimming, and fishing.

J.J. Cline is a shareholder in our firm. J.J. is a qualified neutral and serves as a mediator and arbitrator in a wide variety of legal disputes. J.J. is married to Anne, and has two children (Courtney and DJ). In his free time, J.J. enjoys spending time at the lake with his family, golfing, traveling, and doing home improvement projects.

Paul S. Jensen is a shareholder in our firm. Prior to practicing law, Paul served as a Financial Auditor for a large financial services corporation. Before joining the firm, Paul served as President of the Fergus Falls Hockey Association and Underwood Youth Football Association. He has also been a Board Member of Productive Alternatives. Paul currently serves as a Board Member for Bemidji State University Foundation and Bemidji State University Athletics Counsel.
Paul is married to his wife, Sarah and has three children (Brady, Chase, and Abbi). Paul enjoys watching his kids play football, hockey, and lacrosse. In his free time he enjoys fishing, golfing, boating, traveling, and spending time with his family at their cabin. Paul is also the owner of Holly's Resort on Otter Tail Lake.

Sarah Jensen joined the law firm in June 2021 and serves as the firm's accountant. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Bemidji State University and has a CPA Certificate. Prior to joining the firm, she worked several years for Otter Tail Corporation as an accounting manager.
Sarah is the wife of Paul Jensen who is one of the firm's shareholders and has three children (Brady, Chase & Abbi). In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family & friends traveling, boating, relaxing at the lake, golfing and watching football and hockey. In addition, she spends time with her family running Holly's Resort on Otter Tail Lake.
