As Vice President of Finance, Calvin oversees the financial duties for Cyntech. Calvin's exceptionally broad experience spans across many industries, including: manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, oil and gas, medical, engineering and professional services, diamonds and gem stones, environmental, transportation, logistics, mining, construction, real estate, construction trades, general contractors, telecommunications, retail, infrastructure, technology, medical services, food packaging, tourism, health and wellness, industrial products and services.
Calvin earned his MBA (Finance) from the Haskayne School of Business, thereafter founding and building a respected management consultancy and M&A advisory firm with over two decades of excellence. He's a Certified Management Consultant (C.M.C.) with the Canadian Association of Management Consultants, a Certified Merger and Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA) with the Alliance of Merger and Acquisition Advisors, a licensed broker with RECA, a member of Beta Gamma Sigma for distinguished academic excellence, and a former designated member with the Appraisal Institute of Canada (A.A.C.I.) and Appraisal Institute (USA).

David Boldt is the HSEQ Manager of Cyntech Group.
As Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Manager at Cyntech Group, David maintains a vigil watch over each Cyntech campus. He plays an integral role in the safety and well-being of every employee and visitor, while working to instill a "work-safe" culture focused on continuous improvement, high quality products and customer satisfaction.
David spent 25 years in the Electronics and Embedded Computer manufacturing business as a product engineer. He has nearly 10 years Well Bore Placement experience as a Quality and Continuous Improvement Director in the Oil & Gas industry and is a certified Lead Auditor who has implemented ISO9001, API Q1 and Q2 quality systems from the ground up.

Garrett Dietrich is the Vice President Business Development for Cyntech Group.
As Vice President of Business Development, Garrett is responsible for leading the team's business development efforts in growing our footprint for helical piling foundations, pipeline anchoring solutions, and helical rigid inclusions around the world.
His partnership focused approach creates an environment that identifies solutions and their benefits for Cyntech Group's high-value clients.
Garrett enjoys traveling with his family and training for various endurance events.

As Director of Projects, James oversees Cyntech's team of project managers, project engineers and project coordinators. He's been a valued member of our family since 2011 where he continues to manage both domestic and international projects, with a focus on our large diameter helical pile offering.
James is originally from Calgary, but moved in 2019 to our office in Plantersville, Texas. He holds a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Calgary and is a PMP professional.
James enjoys attending concerts, and when not at work or concerts he's probably playing one of his guitars, something's he's been doing for 20+ years.

As the Director of Technology, Luis is a driving force behind innovative manufacturing and engineering solutions. With a Master's in Civil Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, his 9-year journey in geotechnical and structural engineering has been transformative.
Luis focuses on cutting-edge systems, enhancing production, and quality, all while fostering relationships with his team. Off duty, his passion for holistic project management and continuous learning keeps him ahead.
As Senior Accountant, Nina is responsible for managing the various accounting and financial activities for both business operations in Calgary (AB) and Plantersville (TX). Nina has been with the company for over 15 years.
She has an Accounting Diploma from South Alberta Institute of Technology and holds a BA in Economics (Honors) from the University of National Economy (Kazakhstan). Her experience in a wide spectrum of operational and manufacturing accounting, as well as project performance reviews allows her to provide financial analysis and support for management in decision making.
As President of Cyntech Group, Randy oversees the day-to-day operations and interactions with clients. In addition, he leads the quality and continuous improvement initiatives within Cyntech Group, and ensures they maintain their industry leading reputation.
Randy has worked with helical piles and screw anchors for more than 25 years. He has been part of the industry from the early days of small diameter and light loads, to the continual evolution of these foundations and the current practice and widespread acceptance of high-capacity. His experience with a wide array of projects worldwide allows him to lead Cyntech Group's dynamic team to derive efficient and cost-effective solutions to the most challenging foundation construction issues.
Travis graduated from SAIT Polytechnic with a Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology. He is a Civil Engineering Technician (C.E.T.) and a PMP Blue Seal.
Travis has 12 years of experience in the construction industry. He is a member of ASET (The Association of Science and Engineering Technology).
