Dan Kelbach serves as the Associate Director for Osborn's Sports Engineering practice and is experienced in project management, site planning, site development, athletic field design, utility coordination, traffic signalization, and stormwater management. Dan has also compiled an extensive resume designing outdoor sports venues and playing surfaces for a variety of clients in the recreational/community, K-12, NCAA (D1-D3) and professional markets. Dan has overseen the design and construction for dozens of athletic fields and has become Osborn's synthetic and natural grass field design specialist.
Dan Kodicovic's experience is in the design and engineering of communications, life safety and automation systems which spans over the last 20+ years. The systems he designs include Data, Voice, Cable TV, Access Control, Video Surveillance, Nurse Call, Paging, Audio/ Visual and other systems. He has substantial experience in the creation of construction documentation and the subsequent construction administration of these designs. Mr. Kodicovic has successfully completed designs for the underlying infrastructure, i.e. cable plant, for these systems, as well as the complete network, phone and other system designs. Mr. Kodicovic holds certifications for and experience in, the integration of access control, video surveillance and in-building DAS systems.
Daniella Kosareo assists in managing the Mechanical Department in Cleveland, OH, and is an experienced Mechanical Engineer with areas of technical expertise in federal, industrial, hospital and laboratory, institutional, commercial, and hospitality projects involving new construction, renovation and remodel, master planning and energy studies. Gary Hribar, Osborn's CEO, has nearly 40 years of experience in the Design and Construction Industry with a focus on strategic implementation and project development strategies. Mr. Hribar joined Osborn in October of 2012, after a 24-year run that culminated in his serving as Managing Principal for his previous company, the largest ranked AE provider in the nation. Mr. Hribar was instrumental in expanding their service platform and diversifying their service offering. Osborn hired Mr. Hribar for his strategic vision and leadership skills and to grow the firm off the strong foundation that only the country's oldest engineering firm could provide.
Gary earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Ohio University in 1982 and his professional engineering registration in 1992. Mr. Hribar has contributed his vision, expertise, and leadership to numerous major projects nationwide. These projects span a wide range of clients and markets, including major sports venues, world-renowned healthcare facilities, federal government, and the technology and broadcast arenas. Locally, he has been recognized and honored for his work on major mixed-use development projects in the City of Cleveland.

Scott Vura serves as the Executive Vice President and CFO of Osborn Engineering. He has 25+ years of experience in engineering management and design, joining Osborn in 1997. Scott also serves as Principal of Infrastructure across the various geographic divisions of the firm.
Scott's professional engineering career began after graduating summa cum laude from The Ohio State University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. His technical expertise comes from over two decades of civil and structural engineering management, design and planning experience. Project experience includes various utility improvements, site development, water line upgrades, storm water analysis, storm/sanitary sewer design, storm routing and detention/retention basin sizing, construction administration for various municipal projects, bridge design and structural analysis, design of roadway improvements, including widening and horizontal/vertical realignments and slurry wall design.

Sean Johnson is the Senior Vice President of Engineering/Production and has more than 30 years of engineering experience in management and design. Sean also serves as the company Director of Electrical Engineering.
Sean has spent half of his career at Osborn. He graduated from the University of Akron in 1991 with a degree in electrical engineering. Immediately following college, he began his career in engineering on the industrial side including power plants and water/wastewater. After that he spent time in the telecommunication industry designing building systems for the old MA Bell companies. Following that, Sean spent a short time as a plant engineer in the manufacturing industry before finally joining Osborn in 2004.
Sean is involved in every avenue of Osborn Engineering's production and quality control processes. His technical areas of expertise includes the assessment, application and design of high voltage systems, lighting, energy conservation, commissioning, industrial, fire detection, and cost estimating.
