Miss Debbie Vickers is an extremely experienced KS1 teacher, teaching Years One and Two in Barn Owls class four days a week. She joined us in September 2014 from Cheshire and creates a calm, happy environment for all the children to learn.

Miss Louise Gregory teaches in Robins class on Mondays and Tuesdays, job sharing with Mrs Sutterby. Louise also works in school on Wednesdays, and is our Inclusion Co-ordinator, leading on Special Needs. Louise began her teaching career at Glapthorn in September 2010 after completing her BA in Primary Education at the University of Bedford. She is an excellent teacher and communicator and has wonderful rapport with the children.
Mr Tom Ormston joined us in September 2017 and teaches Years Five and Six in Red Kites class. Tom is an enthusiastic and creative teacher, inspiring the children in their learning and preparing them well for the next phase of their development.
Mrs Carline Paladino-Brown has worked at Glapthorn since 2017 during this time she has qualified as a Teacher and teaches Years Three and Four in Nightingales class.

Lou Coulthard is the Executive Head of Glapthorn and Polebrook CE Primary Schools. Prior to this, Lou worked as Associate Head and subsequently as Head of School from June 2017. Lou originally joined us in September 2006 as a Class Teacher, and has played a key role in the development of our broad and balanced curriculum. Lou is passionate about 'opportunity for all' and together with the Rutland Learning Trust, is committed to striving for excellence at Glapthorn CE Primary.
Mrs Pip Sutterby joined the team in January 2018, and works as our part-time Reception teacher in Robins class. Pip brings a wealth of experience to the team, including experience of EYFS leadership. She is an enthusiastic and creative teacher, and is an excellent communicator.
