Born in 1964 in Rendsburg, she began her hotel career in Baden-Baden. She worked in different management positions. Konstanze Schmidt worked for Steigenberger Hotels & Resorts, Dorint Hotels & Resorts and Accor Hotels Germany. Other foreign assignments in Asia, Africa and America followed by which she acquired additional insights into the international management of hotels.
In 2005, she returned to Baden-Baden and founded the Agentur proFact to realise her personal visions of a business and hotel management Consulting & Real Estate company. Since then she has lead the Agentur proFact successfully and has acquired the trust of international customers all around the world. Her principals value her efficient approach and excellent negotiating talents.
