Dr. Epstein is a senior partner of North Shore Contact Lens & Vision Consultants, P.C., a referral based contact lens specialty practice on Long Island, NY. Dr. Epstein serves on the council of the American Optometric Association Contact Lens & Cornea Section, is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and a Fellow of the New York Academy of Optometry

As former Director of Legal Services for Surgical Eyes, a non-profit foundation dedicated to serving the needs of those harmed by refractive eye surgery, Mr. Keith has had a first hand opportunity to witness the devastation that can occur from laser eye surgery even when the surgeon tells you that by the numbers (20/20, 20/40, etc.) you are a success. Admitted to practice in New York in 1978. Also admitted to practice in Florida, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, the District of Columbia and The Supreme Court of the United States of America. A graduate of New York Law School. Member American Trial Lawyers Association.
