Connie Gibson

  • Facilities Supervisor
Connie Gibson is our Facilities Supervisor. Connie worked for more than 20 years as an Officer with the Department of Corrections. Connie ensures our Campus and women have the supplies needed and that all understand how to care for the environment in which they are residing and working. Connie brings special touches of home to our Campus, creating a warm and safe environment for everyone.

Dr. Sunil Parashar

Job Titles:
  • Medical Director
Dr. Parashar comes to us from Michigan and recently received his license to practice his medical specialties in Virginia. He completed his Residency at Wayne State University School of Medicine after graduating from the Seth G S Medical College in 1999. Dr. Parashar is very passionate about making a difference and treating each individual uniquely to optimize positive mental health outcomes. He focuses on minimizing side effects and complications related to and caused by medical treatment. Dr. Parashar practices at the specific individual level by providing the most comprehensive evidence-based treatment that Science can provide in combination with compassionate care. In January of 2020, Dr. Parashar became Board Certified in Addiction Medicine. His Board Certification in Psychiatry was achieved in 2011. Combining more than 20 years of practicing Psychiatric Medicine with his Addiction Medicine education, Dr. Parashar is an incredible asset to the Twin Branch program. He is excited to partner with Twin Branch Wellness & Recovery for Women. to produce unprecedented outcomes with our women's specific, residential addiction treatment program. We are grateful to have him on our team!

Lisa Haase

Job Titles:
  • Our Behavioral Health Manager
, is a Qualified Mental Health Professional with a BA in Psychology and more the 30 years working within the behavioral health industry. Lisa brings her many years of experience with mental health coaching, in-patient direct care and case management to our Program. Lisa ensures each women we serve has their needs met, where they are in their recovery journey, using a trauma informed and person centered approach.

Lynnie McCrobie

  • Chief Clinical Officer
Lynnie McCrobie is native to the Northern Neck of Virginia. She attended Rappahannock Community College, Christopher Newport University and received her Masters of Social Work at Virginia Commonwealth University in 1999. Lynnie has dedicated more than 30 years of her life and career to supporting communities through leadership roles as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Her experience overseeing assessments of infants, seniors, foster children and family supports leads to unparalleled experience and a grounded understanding of our basic needs and the importance of human connections. As a Division Director of Intellectual Disabilities, Lynnie provided oversight to Support and Community Resource Coordinators. With extensive case management experience, Lynnie is dedicated to ensuring the best possible outcomes for those she serves. Appointed by two Virginia Governors, Lynnie served on the Community Integration Advisory Commission. In addition to her accomplished career, Lynnie has consistently dedicated her time and experience to many Volunteer organizations. She has worked with the Northern Neck Free Health Clinic, Habitat for Humanity, Angel Food Ministries and remains an active member in her church. Lynnie enjoys helping others, singing, travelling, spending time with her family and laughing with her young grandson. Lynnie's leadership and proven results will ensure that our team understands the importance of ‘meeting the client where they are'. Lynnie will work to develop and maintain the needs of our team and the women we serve. Twin Branch Wellness & Recovery is proud to partner with Lynnie McCrobie as our Chief Clinical Officer.

Shanika Smith

Shanika Smith, CSAC, has dedicated herself to empowering women. Shanika worked within the behavioral health industry for many years, focused on community settings. Shanika's passion to help others propelled her into continuing her education to become a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor. Shanika dedicates herself to understanding the unique needs of the women we serve and teaching tools and skills to help sustain sobriety.

Whitney Nickens is our Program Supervisor. Whitney possess more than ten years of experience with direct patient support and oversight. Whitney worked for many years with intellectually disabled individuals and has a passion for helping others. Whitney ensures that our Patients needs are met through programming modalities and interventions while leading our team of Direct Support Professionals.
