Allan Rosengren

Formerly Chairman or Chief Executive of Falcon Group Plc, Sumus Plc, Lighthouse Group Plc. More recently Allan has served as Chairman of Money Wise IFA, The Clifton Club and Bristol Private Equity. Subject to the specific circumstances and required approach, Allan is a hands on investor, focused on the high level strategy and tactics of the businesses he has interests in. Originally from Sweden, Allan has lived in Bristol since 1978.

Andrew Stevens

Job Titles:

Andrew has over 20 years' experience in financial services, joining Whitman in 2021 from Quilter Cheviot where he worked for 15 years. Andy has developed an extensive professional network that ensures that Whitman's clients receive depth and breadth of access to the market. In addition, Andy is responsible for our Execution Only Service, which is designed specifically for investors who wish to make their own decisions but who would like institutional levels of trade execution.

Araminta Le Flufy - CEO

Araminta joined Whitman Asset Management in 2019 to help build the business and capitalise on the opportunities being presented by an increasingly homogenised Investment Management industry landscape. Araminta is passionate about investment returns and client service and believes the two are achieved by giving experienced investment professionals an environment to focus on investing (not bureaucracy), within a firm that has employee ownership central to its culture. Araminta has over 18 years' experience in equity markets previously at Sarasin & Partners and Deutsche Numis.

Christopher Pease

Job Titles:

Christopher has over 40 years of investment experience and was one of the founding partners of Whitman Asset Management. Christopher started the Whitman AIM Portfolio Service in 2018 and launched the Whitman UK Smaller Companies Growth Fund in 2020 closely supported by the existing Smaller Companies Team. Christopher remains one of the largest shareholders in Whitman and a consultant to all parts of the business. Prior to helping incept Whitman, Christopher worked at Sarasin & Partners for 23 years and founded their Aim IHT portfolio Service.

George Henderson

Job Titles:

George joined Whitman in 2018 on the Small Cap Equities team. Prior to working at Whitman, George worked in corporate finance, having honed his skills in equity research covering consumer goods companies both large and small. George started his career with Smith & Williamson and has an economics degree from Reading University. His passion for smaller company investing stems from observing dynamic smaller businesses that could navigate the global financial crisis, thanks in part to their capital light models.

Joshua Northrop

Joshua started his investment career in 2013 and joined Whitman in 2018 from Hargreave Hale, where he worked as part of the wider, award-winning UK Small-Mid Cap Equity team. Joshua co-manages the WS Whitman UK Small Cap Growth Fund and AIM IHT Portfolios with Sean O'Flanagan. He has a particular interest in un-earthing unloved growth stocks within the technology, media, and telecoms sectors. Joshua is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Michael Pallett

Job Titles:

Michael has extensive relationships in the investment industry and is passionate about clients' receiving exceptional service. After working at Laing & Cruikshank which was sold to UBS in 2004, Michael and a number of other investment managers moved to build Cheviot Asset Management. In 2015 Cheviot was merged with Quilter Investment Management.

Pascual Rykaart

Pascual began her investment career in 2007 with Investec Wealth Management in Cape Town. Before joining Whitman in 2022, she worked both at UBS Wealth Management in London and after that for several years at Brewin Dolphin. Pascual has extensive investment administration experience and supports Victoria and Riccardo with client service. She holds the CISI Masters in Wealth Management and has recently re-joined the financial services industry after spending time with her family.

Riccardo Persona

Riccardo began his investment career in 2008 with UBS Wealth Management and joined Whitman in 2021 from Brewin Dolphin, where he completed the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. In addition to managing portfolios Riccardo chairs the Whitman Investment Committee and has a particular interest in protecting client capital through effective diversification.

Sean O'Flanagan FCSI

Sean joined Whitman Asset Management to support the growth of the AIM IHT Portfolio Service and Whitman UK Small Cap Fund. Sean started his career in 1998 and has managed AIM portfolios since 2006 when he established the Collins Stewart (since renamed Canaccord) AIM IHT service. Prior to joining Whitman, Sean was the lead manager of the Charles Stanley AIM IHT service and delivered an exceptional period of performance, growing the assets to over £500 million. Sean seeks to invest in unique businesses that are leaders within their field that have strong barriers to entry, providing attractive and sustainable returns.

Victoria Stevenson FCSI

Victoria joined Whitman in 2020 to establish the Private Client Investment Management division. She has long-standing experience of managing portfolios for private clients, trusts and companies. Victoria works extensively with financial advisers, solicitors and accountants to provide the most joined up approach for her clients. She is passionate about delivering the highest level of service and strives to make investing more tangible for her clients. Victoria began her career at Quilter Cheviot in 2012 and is a Chartered Fellow of the CISI. She also holds the CISI Masters in Wealth Management.

William Searle

Will started his investment career in 2010 and joined Whitman in 2024 from Dowgate Wealth. Previously, he worked at Hargreave Hale as deputy manager of their European fund and delivered an exceptional period of performance growing the fund to over £450m. Before focusing on European equities, Will led the development and implementation of Hargreave Hale's new wealth management systems, enabling the firm to migrate £8bn to electronic trading while significantly improving compliance and productivity. Will is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Will is passionate about utilising technology in combination with a personal approach to enable Whitman to deliver the highest levels of client service.
