Adrian Azer exclusively represents corporate policyholders in a variety of complex insurance coverage matters. Philip Albert is a partner in the Intellectual Property Practice Group of the San Francisco office of Haynes and Boone, LLP. His practice focuses on patent prosecution, including interfacing with patent practitioners in other countries, setting up internal patent review processes so that limited resources are allocated to the most important inventions, evaluating patents of others for purchase, licensing, or design-around, and addressing intellectual property components of a larger transaction, acquisition or due diligence project. He has significant experience representing clients developing many critical technologies, including streaming, network protocols, network security, artificial intelligence, blockchain, animation, and the Internet of Things.

Purvi Patel Albers serves as trusted adviser and counsel to Fortune 500 companies and high-growth ventures on the management of their valuable brand investments. Purvi has been recognized for bringing "an amazing personality and a fantastic reputation" to her work on portfolio management and trademark enforcement for domestic and multinational companies. (Chambers USA, Chambers and Partners, 2017). Purvi currently serves as a World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Arbitrator for the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP). Purvi also serves as an NSO National Trustee for the National Symphony Orchestra, on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors for both The Arts Community Alliance (TACA) and Dallas Theater Center (DTC), and on the Board of Directors for the Indian American CEO Council (IACEO). She previously served on the board of directors of the International Trademark Association (INTA) from 2013-2015, and co-chaired INTA's 2013 annual meeting.
Raghav Bajaj advises clients on patent office trials before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), including inter partes review (IPR) proceedings. Raghav frequently takes a lead role representing both petitioners and patent owners in various industries and technologies, including computer hardware, computer software, networking, electronic commerce, and mobile device applications.
Clients rely on Raghav's comprehensive IPR experience in connection with all phases of patent office trials, including petition drafting, discovery, briefing, and oral argument. He has served as counsel in more than 60 proceedings. Raghav's practice group was ranked as one of the most active and successful in representing petitioners at the PTAB by the 2020 edition of IPR Intelligence Report (Patexia Inc.). Raghav's practice also includes preparing and prosecuting patent applications.
With a Computer Science degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Engineering and Applied Science, Raghav has the background to communicate complex technical concepts in simple language. He enjoys the challenge of finding creative ways to apply legal doctrines to technology in order to obtain victories for his clients.
Raghav was honored with the 2020 "Rising Star Award" by the South Asian Bar Association of North America (SABA) and serves as the chair of the South Asian Bar Association of Austin.

Sharon Jones serves as the Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer at Haynes Boone, helping to strategize, lead, and implement the firm's diversity plan. Sharon is a partner in the firm's Labor and Employment Practice Group, leveraging her background as a federal prosecutor and as a litigator and counselor with Fortune 500 corporations and private law firms to help Haynes Boone clients with practical solutions to their diversity, equity, and inclusion goals. Sharon will be a member of the ESG cross- disciplinary group at the firm.
Before joining Haynes Boone, Sharon was the President/CEO of Jones Diversity, a consulting firm that worked with Am Law 100 firms nationwide on best practices. Additionally, she previously served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois, based in Chicago, where she conducted federal grand jury investigations and trials in high profile white-collar criminal cases.
Sharon has practiced law and been a community leader over a 25-year career, including positions as a federal prosecutor, with major law firms and with Fortune 500 Corporations. She has served as the Chief Operating Officer for the Chicago Urban League, a not for profit focused on African American economic development.
Sharon is a co-author of two bar association reports providing consulting advice to Los Angeles County: The City in Crisis-A Report by the Special Advisor to the Board of Police Commissioners on the Civil Disorder in Los Angeles and Report of the Los Angeles County Bar Association Advisory Committee for the Office of the District Attorney.
Sharon has served in leadership roles on numerous not for profit boards as well as a past President of the Harvard Law School Alumni Association (2010-2012) and was responsible for the launch of the HLSA Global Women's Alliance. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Institute for Inclusion in the Legal Profession and the Federal Defenders Program Board, among others. Sharon has received numerous awards including the Chicago Bar Association's Breaking Barriers, Building Bridges Award) and the Black Women Lawyer's Visionary Award for Women Making History for Making a Difference. She is the author of "Mastering the Game: Career Strategies for Success" which provides the unwritten rules for career success for women and diverse professionals.
Sharon is a graduate of Harvard Law School and Harvard College. She is licensed in Illinois. She is admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois; the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Seventh and Ninth Circuits, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Sharon Baldasare is a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group in the New York office of Haynes Boone, and represents commercial landlords and tenants in all aspects of leasing. Clients rely on Sharon for her understanding of their business needs and goals and her ability to handle a high volume of complex commercial leasing work.
Sharon has developed particular experience in negotiating a variety of lease transactions on behalf of tenants for office, retail and industrial locations in the New York City metropolitan area and throughout the country. In addition to representing two Fortune 500 companies in all aspects of their corporate facility/leasing needs, Sharon also regularly represents tenants from a range of industries-including news media, publishing, television/movie production, telecommunications and sports and entertainment-with respect to their commercial leasing matters.
