The FSCB conducted quantitative and qualitative research and ran behavioural trials to help firms understand and address issues that are central to good cultures and good outcomes; themes such as speaking up, wellbeing, resilience, inclusion and diversity... The organisation facilitated the sharing of learning and experience across the financial services sector and beyond, providing a space in which firms could learn from each other in a non-competitive, honest and open environment, which informed the production of good practice guidance.
