ALPHA AND OMEGA FARM

Alpha and Omega Farm is located on 38 acres in Princeton, Minnesota. The farm is owned by Brad and Kim Hayes and operated by them and a team of community members. Alpha & Omega is home to many animals including goats, chickens, pigs, alpacas, cows, donkeys and a pack of dogs... Alpha and Omega's mission is to create a destination that brings community together. We are a farm with a purpose, and focus on utilizing local businesses, demonstrating small-town hospitality and educating the future workforce... We offer a variety of authentic Italian-style thin-crust pizzas baked in our wood-fired brick oven. Our ingredients are locally sourced and our organic herbs are grown onsite. In addition to our standard menu, we have rotating specials. There is always something new to try!
