She is an accomplished intellectual with advanced social media marketing skills. Her knowledge of these various platforms is key to the visibility of the firm and it's reach. Gjayde is an emerging leader with a strong sense of practicality and organization which contributes greatly to the success of the business. Katrina Lyles has been the force behind small and large businesses for over 25 years. She has been an integral part in the process of getting businesses off the ground and onto a running start. She is an accomplished project manager, facilitator, strategist and visionary. In her most recent role, she served as the Business Development Manager for a construction company helping to generate over $6.5M in project revenue within the first six months of joining the firm.
Her previous role as Real Estate Portfolio Manager for one of the largest engineering firms in the country, required full throttle demonstration of superior facilities management skills. She managed complex projects all over the world, many of which presented unique challenges that required swift and decisive actions.
