Mike Trampetti, founder of TMG, has spent too many decades watching companies lose easy wins and necessary growth to poor project management practices. Over his experience working with many {what kind of companies?}, he found that an uncomfortable amount of lost profit came from typically undetected project management practices. Lacking the proper PM training as he began his career himself, Mike spent years cultivating his own practice principles - observing what skills, experience and education were necessary to overcome costly errors, while organically creating a unique training program that would help others do the same. He found that successful project management is both an art and a science, and that many PMs are only trained in one or the other or lack the proper tools to do their job properly. After implementing his unique training across various organizations, and with PMs of various experience and competency levels, he found that each organization began experiencing immediate cost savings, saved client relationships, increased employee satisfaction, and bottom line growth across the board. He also found that the people he trained felt they had become better family members and friends as well. Believing he has found the perfect recipe for PM training, Mike now dedicates his career to educating companies on the importance of having properly trained PMs within their organizations and is passionate about helping both experienced and inexperienced PMs achieve more in both their professional and personal life goals.
