Tony Toole is Visiting Professor at both the University of Wales Trinity Saint David and the University of South Wales and has worked extensively with both institutions in developing their online learning provision. Tony has successfully managed over 20 large-scale, multi-institutional e-Learning projects funded by JISC, the Welsh Government and by the European Commission.
