Having worked in hospitality, Bree is well equipped with customer service, communication and organisational skills to work with Mandy as her Executive Assistant at Exceed Property. Bree has recently come into the industry and her friendly, bubbly personality is expected to go far. Bree grew up loving the real estate industry, with her father owning a kitchen and joinery business and often building or renovating the homes the family lived in. Sunday drives discovering beautiful properties quickly became a hobby. Bree just knew working in Real Estate was for her. Throughout 2022 Bree lived in Canada, as travelling is another one of her passions. During this time, she worked in the hotel industry and filled her spare time with snowboarding, hiking and exploring the beautiful country. Bree looks forward to meeting new people, making lifelong clients and expanding her knowledge in all aspects of the industry, to be able to provide the best service possible and create a smooth and comfortable experience.

Mandy commenced her career in real estate in 2003 and has since been the recipient of multiple Bronze, Silver and Gold awards along with finishing as the number 1 Sales Consultant in the State for First National Real Estate in 2010. Completing her Diploma of Real Estate in 2009 and becoming a registered trainer for the REIT in 2011. In 2014 Mandy was nominated as a finalist in the Telstra Business Women's Awards, this was a career highlight and very humbling. In 2016 Mandy was offered a position to market and sell a unique 50 villa retirement village in the affluent suburb of Seven Mile Beach, an exciting opportunity that allowed her to increase her sales techniques in a specialised field. This was a highly successful role and one she holds close to her heart.
