Anthony Carlino is Managing Director, Head of IND Operations at IntraFi Network. Formerly, he was the Chief Technology Officer at the Merrill Lynch Bank & Trust Company where he was responsible for the implementation of the deposit sweep program and the associated investment and trading systems. Prior to that, Mr. Carlino held various positions within the Private Client Group of Merrill Lynch & Company.
Mr. Carlino earned an MBA in Finance from Seton Hall University's Stillman School of Business and a BS in Management from St. Peter's College. Mr. Carlino joined IntraFi Network in 2005.
Barb Rehm is Senior Managing Director at IntraFi Network. Formerly, she was Special Adviser at Promontory Financial Group. Prior to that, Ms. Rehm spent 26 years at American Banker, including as its Editor-in-Chief. During her last three years at American Banker, she wrote a widely followed column that informed and influenced debate on financial regulatory developments, like the Basel III capital regime, the push for large-bank resolution planning, and the turn toward consumer financial protection. In February 2013, the Society of American Business Editors and Writers honored Ms. Rehm for excellence in commentary.
Ms. Rehm earned an MA and a BA from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
Beth Pile - Chief Risk Officer
Beth Pile is the Chief Risk Officer at IntraFi Network. Formerly, she was the Deputy to the Chief of Staff at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. Earlier, she was a field manager and a bank examiner with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.
Ms. Pile received her BA from Drury University. Ms. Pile joined IntraFi Network in 2002.

Bill Bawcombe is Chief Information Security Officer at IntraFi Network. Mr. Bawcombe has over 25 years in designing, building, operating and securing IT systems. Mr. Bawcombe has headed up IntraFi Network's robust information security and compliance function for the past decade.
Mr. Bawcombe was awarded the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) in 2013 and earned a degree in Computer Aided Design. Mr. Bawcombe joined IntraFi Network in 2002.

Bill Bergin is Vice President, Senior Deputy General Counsel and Board Secretary at IntraFi Network. Formerly, he practiced corporate and securities law at Davis, Polk & Wardwell and White & Case in New York. Prior to that, he was a Vice President in the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley.
Mr. Bergin earned his BA from Yale University and his JD from Georgetown University Law Center. Mr. Bergin joined IntraFi Network in 2010.

Camden Fine is President and CEO of Calvert Advisors and recently served as President and CEO of the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA).
Before joining ICBA, Mr. Fine chartered and organized Midwest Independent Bank of Jefferson City, Missouri and served as its President and CEO for nearly 20 years. In addition, he owned MainStreet Bank of Ashland, Missouri. Prior to his banking career, Mr. Fine served as the Missouri State Tax Director under former Governor Christopher Bond. Fine served as an officer in the United States Army both on active duty and in the Missouri Army National Guard.
Mr. Fine did his undergraduate work at Virginia Military Institute and the University of Missouri-Columbia where he double-majored in History and English. Fine also did post graduate work in public administration at the University of Missouri and graduated "With Distinction" from the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Delaware.

Dan Henson currently serves as the Non-Executive Chairman of both Alight Solutions and Exeter Finance. Mr. Henson also serves as Lead Director of OnDeck Capital.
Prior to his current roles, Mr. Henson worked at General Electric, where he held a wide variety of positions in his 30-year tenure, including management of GE Capital's Lending and Leasing businesses in Mexico, Europe, and North America, as well as responsibility for Capital Markets globally and GE Capital Bank. He also served as the Six Sigma Leader for GE Capital and the Vice President of Marketing for GE Corporate.

Dion Hyman is Chief Data Architect at IntraFi Network. Mr. Hyman has been designing, building, and operating IT systems for nearly 30 years. Earlier in his career, Mr. Hyman worked as a senior manager in Accenture's Communications and High Tech practice.
Mr. Hyman earned his BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and an MES in Computer Engineering from Loyola University Maryland. Mr. Hyman joined IntraFi Network in 2004.

Mr. Phillips received his AB (magna cum laude) from Princeton University and his JD from New York University Law School, which he attended as a Root-Tilden Scholar. Ed Yingling is the founder of Edward Yingling Government Affairs. He has worked for more than 40 years advising banks and trade associations on regulatory and legislative issues.
Mr. Yingling previously worked at the American Bankers Association for 26 years, where he was president and CEO. Prior to leading the ABA, Mr. Yingling was in charge of the group's legislative, regulatory, legal and policy development activities for two decades. He also served as executive vice president of the International Monetary Conference (IMC), an annual conference of the CEOs of the largest banks around the world.
After leaving the ABA in 2010, Mr. Yingling became a partner at Covington & Burling, an international law firm with its principal office in Washington D.C., where he continued to advise financial institutions. He retired from Covington in 2018 to form his own advisory firm.
Mr. Yingling received his law degree from Stanford University and his AB in Politics from Princeton University.

Eli Nagler is a Senior Managing Director in Blackstone's Private Equity Group, where he focuses on investments across the technology, media & telecom, and financial services industries. Since initially joining Blackstone in 2007, Mr. Nagler has been involved in the execution of the firm's investments in Alight Solutions, BankUnited, Bayview Asset Management, Exeter Finance, Lendmark Financial Services, MB Aerospace, Paysafe, Refinitiv, Viva Capital, Vivint, and Vivint Solar. Mr. Nagler currently serves as a Director of Paysafe and Refinitiv. He is also a Team Member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
Before rejoining Blackstone after the completion of an MBA, Mr. Nagler worked as the United States Treasury Department in the Office of Capital Markets.
He received an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he graduated as a John L. Loeb Fellow, and an AB from Harvard College.
Elizabeth Vale is Senior Managing Director at IntraFi Network. Formerly, she was Senior Adviser at Promontory Financial Group. Prior to that, Ms. Vale was the senior adviser and business liaison for the successful ‘Elizabeth Warren for Senate 2012' campaign. Additionally, she was part of the implementation team at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau before it opened its doors in July 2011, serving as liaison to community banks, credit unions, and small businesses and as the Bureau's first Director of External Affairs. Earlier, Ms. Vale worked in the White House from 2009 to 2010, serving as Executive Director of the White House Business Council and business liaison to the White House Office of Public Engagement. Prior to her career in the government, Ms. Vale held positions at Morgan Stanley, serving as Managing Director from 2005 to 2009 and Executive Director from 1992 to 2005.
Ms. Vale, CFA, studied at the London School of Economics, is a Senior Fellow at the Wharton School, and earned a BA from Harvard University.

H.D. Barkett is Senior Managing Director, Treasury Desk at IntraFi Network. Mr. Barkett has been involved in banking and financial services for the last twenty-five years, working with financial institutions on issues involving asset/liability management, liquidity management, risk assessment and management, and portfolio hedging. Formerly, he served five years as Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Director of New Initiatives with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines. Prior to that, Mr. Barkett was Vice President of institutional fixed income sales with both Shay Financial Services and Paine Webber. For twelve years, Mr. Barkett held various management positions at Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas in its Investments Group, Financial Strategies Group, and Sales and Marketing Department. Mr. Barkett joined IntraFi Network in 2002.

Earlier in his career, he was a securities compliance examiner for the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Mr. Couric earned his MBA from George Washington University and his BS from the University of Virginia. Mr. Couric joined IntraFi Network in 2002.

Joe Hooker is Senior Managing Director, National Accounts at IntraFi Network. Mr. Hooker has been involved in banking and financial services for the last fifteen years, working with financial institutions on issues involving asset/liability management and liquidity management. In his prior role as Managing Director, Sales, he developed and managed relationships with some larger financial institutions, in addition to managing territories and sales personnel spanning the east and west coasts. During his time at the company, he also managed the CDARS wholesale funding auction and worked extensively on product strategy. Earlier in his career, Mr. Hooker worked at Rydex Investments.

Kelly Wannop is a Principal in Blackstone's Private Equity Group. Ms. Wannop worked at Blackstone from 2009 to 2013 and, following the completion of an MBA, rejoined Blackstone in 2015. Before joining the Private Equity group in 2011, Ms. Wannop worked in Blackstone's Restructuring & Reorganization Advisory practice.

Mark P. Jacobsen is Cofounder and CEO of IntraFi Network. Prior to cofounding IntraFi Network, Mr. Jacobsen served as the Chief of Staff at both the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. He also served as a managing director for Bankers Trust/Deutsche Bank and as an associate at Covington & Burling. Martin Brand is a Senior Managing Director in Blackstone's Private Equity Group. Mr. Brand leads Blackstone's private equity investments in technology, media, telecom, and financial institutions. In addition, he is a member of the Investment Committee of Blackstone's Tactical Opportunities funds. Since joining Blackstone in 2003, Mr. Brand has been involved in the execution of the firm's investments in BankUnited, Bayview Asset Management, Exeter Finance, First Eagle Investment Management, Ipreo, JDA, Knight Capital Group, Kronos, Lendmark, NCR, Optiv, Paysafe, Thomson Reuters/Refinitiv, Ultimate Software, and Vungle, among others. Rob Blackwell is Chief Content Officer and Head of External Affairs for IntraFi Network. He previously served as the Editor-in-Chief of American Banker, and has covered financial services as a journalist for nearly two decades. He first worked as a reporter covering the FDIC, the Fed and GSEs. In 2005, Rob became Washington Bureau Chief and subsequently helped guide its policy coverage during the financial crisis and its aftermath. He was promoted to Editor-in-Chief of American Banker in September 2017.
During his tenure, American Banker won more than a dozen major journalism awards, including its first Grand Neal Award for a podcast focused on the public policy implications of vacant housing. In 2017, Mr. Blackwell was awarded the Timothy White Award, which recognizes journalists who display "extraordinary courage, integrity, and passion."
Mr. Blackwell has appeared on NPR, BBC, CNBC, Fox Business and C-SPAN as an expert on financial regulatory policy. He received his BA from The College of William & Mary, and also studied at the University of St. Andrews, Scotland.
