Anthony R. Carlino

Anthony Carlino is Managing Director, Head of IND Operations at IntraFi Network. Formerly, he was the Chief Technology Officer at the Merrill Lynch Bank & Trust Company where he was responsible for the implementation of the deposit sweep program and the associated investment and trading systems. Prior to that, Mr. Carlino held various positions within the Private Client Group of Merrill Lynch & Company. Mr. Carlino earned an MBA in Finance from Seton Hall University's Stillman School of Business and a BS in Management from St. Peter's College. Mr. Carlino joined IntraFi Network in 2005.

Barb Rehm - CEO

Barb Rehm is Senior Managing Director at IntraFi Network. Formerly, she was Special Adviser at Promontory Financial Group. Prior to that, Ms. Rehm spent 26 years at American Banker, including as its Editor-in-Chief. During her last three years at American Banker, she wrote a widely followed column that informed and influenced debate on financial regulatory developments, like the Basel III capital regime, the push for large-bank resolution planning, and the turn toward consumer financial protection. In February 2013, the Society of American Business Editors and Writers honored Ms. Rehm for excellence in commentary. Ms. Rehm earned an MA and a BA from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Beth Pile - Chief Risk Officer

Bill Bawcombe

Mr. Bawcombe has headed up IntraFi Network's robust information security and compliance function for the past decade. Camden Fine

Camden Fine is President and CEO of Calvert Advisors and recently served as President and CEO of the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA). Before joining ICBA, Mr. Fine chartered and organized Midwest Independent Bank of Jefferson City, Missouri and served as its President and CEO for nearly 20 years. In addition, he owned MainStreet Bank of Ashland, Missouri. Prior to his banking career, Mr. Fine served as the Missouri State Tax Director under former Governor Christopher Bond. Fine served as an officer in the United States Army both on active duty and in the Missouri Army National Guard. Mr. Fine did his undergraduate work at Virginia Military Institute and the University of Missouri-Columbia where he double-majored in History and English. Fine also did post graduate work in public administration at the University of Missouri and graduated "With Distinction" from the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Delaware.

Charles "Duffy" Mees - CIO

Dan Henson - Chairman

Dan Henson currently serves as the Non-Executive Chairman of both Alight Solutions and Exeter Finance. Mr. Henson also serves as Lead Director of OnDeck Capital. Prior to his current roles, Mr. Henson worked at General Electric, where he held a wide variety of positions in his 30-year tenure, including management of GE Capital's Lending and Leasing businesses in Mexico, Europe, and North America, as well as responsibility for Capital Markets globally and GE Capital Bank. Edward Yingling

Ed Yingling is the founder of Edward Yingling Government Affairs. He has worked for more than 40 years advising banks and trade associations on regulatory and legislative issues. Mr. Yingling previously worked at the American Bankers Association for 26 years, where he was president and CEO. Prior to leading the ABA, Mr. Yingling was in charge of the group's legislative, regulatory, legal and policy development activities for two decades. He also served as executive vice president of the International Monetary Conference (IMC), an annual conference of the CEOs of the largest banks around the world. After leaving the ABA in 2010, Mr. Yingling became a partner at Covington & Burling, an international law firm with its principal office in Washington D.C., where he continued to advise financial institutions. He retired from Covington in 2018 to form his own advisory firm. Mr. Yingling received his law degree from Stanford University and his AB in Politics from Princeton University.

Eli Nagler

Earlier, Ms. Vale worked in the White House from 2009 to 2010, serving as Executive Director of the White House Business Council and business liaison to the White House Office of Public Engagement. Prior to her career in the government, Ms. Vale held positions at Morgan Stanley, serving as Managing Director from 2005 to 2009 and Executive Director from 1992 to 2005. Ms. Vale, CFA, studied at the London School of Economics, is a Senior Fellow at the Wharton School, and earned a BA from Harvard University.

H. D. Barkett

Mr. Hooker has been involved in banking and financial services for the last fifteen years, working with financial institutions on issues involving asset/liability management and liquidity management. In his prior role as Managing Director, Sales, he developed and managed relationships with some larger financial institutions, in addition to managing territories and sales personnel spanning the east and west coasts. During his time at the company, he also managed the CDARS wholesale funding auction and worked extensively on product strategy. Earlier in his career, Mr. Hooker worked at Rydex Investments. Mr. Hooker earned his degree in Economics from the College of William and Mary. Mr. Hooker joined IntraFi Network in 2005.

Rob Blackwell is Chief Content Officer and Head of External Affairs for IntraFi Network. He previously served as the Editor-in-Chief of American Banker, and has covered financial services as a journalist for nearly two decades. He first worked as a reporter covering the FDIC, the Fed and GSEs. In 2005, Rob became Washington Bureau Chief and subsequently helped guide its policy coverage during the financial crisis and its aftermath. He was promoted to Editor-in-Chief of American Banker in September 2017. During his tenure, American Banker won more than a dozen major journalism awards, including its first Grand Neal Award for a podcast focused on the public policy implications of vacant housing. In 2017, Mr. Blackwell was awarded the Timothy White Award, which recognizes journalists who display "extraordinary courage, integrity, and passion." Mr. Blackwell has appeared on NPR, BBC, CNBC, Fox Business and C-SPAN as an expert on financial regulatory policy. He received his BA from The College of William & Mary, and also studied at the University of St. Andrews, Scotland.
