KidSTART Singapore Limited is a nonprofit organization and an Institution of a Public Character that specialises in supporting families in early childhood development... At KidSTART, we provide support for child development, coordinate and strengthen holistic services for families where needed, and monitor the developmental progress of children from birth onwards.
