Alan Moss

Job Titles:
  • Secretary
Alan has been a member of the club since he was elected a full member in 1991, and over the years has sailed a wide variety of boats including 505s, International Moths, K6 and most recently a Shadow Cat. Alan is also a keen sailor on the West Coast where he is a regular at many of the events such as Scottish Series. When not out on the water or indulging in his other passion or motorbiking, Alan can usually be found next to the fire in the clubhouse with a whisky.

David Buckley

David has been involved in watersports all his life; sailing, powerboating and scuba diving - where he became an instructor. He currently enjoys sailing the family boat "Hawk Eye the Noo" with Gail and Johnny and looks forward to improving his racing skills at Loch Lomond Sailing Club.

David Fairbairn

David started sailing at the age of 17, crewing on an original Hornet with a sliding seat, built a Graduate, then sailed a Fireball at both Sunderland and Ullswater. He joined the Clyde Canoe Club in the early eighty's with a Flying Fifteen. Having owned three FF's, currently he sails a GK24 with his wife Eliz.
