WINDSOR PARK LIFECARE TRUST - Key Persons
Caroline moved to New Zealand in 2001 after working as a solicitor in commercial law firms in the UK for 10 years. A change of career in NZ saw her involved in the non-profit sector in both management and governance roles, whilst raising her family. Her passion for the non-profit sector led to tertiary study, completing the Graduate Diploma in Not-for-Profit Management at Unitec in 2013. Caroline has served on a number of non-profit boards as a trustee and has also worked for several NZ charities, combining her not-for-profit and commercial experience.
Daniella is our newest board member for the LifeCare Trust. She brings to the table her skills and experience working as a Social Worker in Auckland. Daniella has a passion for helping and serving the community, she is full of creative ideas and is passionate about caring for others.
Debbie has been an investor for the last 17 years and, more recently, an entrepreneur. This enables time and flexibility to proactively help in the community. Being a member of Windsor Park Baptist Church since 2007, she has had many varied leadership roles including running budgeting courses, pre-marriage classes and writing resources. She is excited about the real difference Windsor Park Lifecare Trust will make in the community.

Euan has worked within the wider transport, automotive and inspection sectors for 30 years. A member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors, he is currently the Director and Chief Executive of Japan Export Vehicle Inspection Center (JEVIC) NZ Ltd. and a director and board chair for three boards within the JEVIC Group of Companies.
Euan is a trustee of the LifeCare Trust having been actively involved in Windsor Park Baptist Church for over 35 years. From his business experience and board involvement, Euan provides a strong business focus and framework within the Windsor Park Lifecare Trust Board.
Jon is married to Jann, and has four great children. He is an accounting advisory partner at Deloitte. Loyalty is obviously one of his characteristics as he has been married for almost 30 years, been at Deloitte for 30 years and attended Windsor Park Baptist (and Murrays Bay before that) for over 30 years. It also would not be a full bio if he did not mention his passion for Liverpool Football Club and dark chocolate!
Natasha is married to Martin and is daughter-in-law of Brian and Gisela Taylor. She has had a long term involvement with Windsor Park Baptist Church and with the LifeCare Trust, particularly in the Family Care area as a coach for PowerUp. She has also regularly supported the Refresh events as a host. Natasha is an independent contractor, currently under the company name of Solpac Ltd, working in the shipping and logistics industry.
Prior to coming on staff with the LifeCare Trust Sarah spent 15 years as an optimisation engineer and business analyst for software companies. Prior to becoming the Trust Manager she served as the Financial Care Manager for 4 years. She is passionate about seeing both systems and people become the best that they can be and is excited to see this happen through the work of LifeCare.
Sarah has been part of Windsor Park Baptist Church since 1999 during which time she has been involved in Youth and Young Adult group leadership, Kids Church, Mum's groups and served as an Elder for eight years.
Sarah has been married to Cameron for over 15 years and their two school aged children keep them on their toes. Sarah loves spending time with her family, but also likes to balance that out with quiet walks along the beach when she can.
