Denise Harrison qualified as a hygienist in 2010.She stays up to date with the latest clinical techniques with continued professional development. She carries out routine dental hygiene therapy as well as complex periodontal therapy cases. She has a dental nursing background which has given her a wealth of experience in excellent gentle care especially for nervous patients.
Denise lives locally in Farnham with her husband and two children.
Dr Farzad Azimi is qualified with dual degrees - a Masters in Pharmacy from Birmingham followed by his dentistry qualification from the University of Plymouth. Soon after graduation, Dr Azimi obtained the MFDS RCS qualification in Glasgow whilst working in several hospitals.
His passion for dentistry and providing bespoke treatment for his patients encouraged Dr Azimi to undertake several post-graduate courses both in the United Kingdom and in the United States. Dr Azimi has undertaken a Masters level degree in Restorative dentistry, a certificate degree in dental Implants in Cambridge, and is currently completing his second Masters degree in dental implantology at the University of Bristol.
He has also completed numerous aesthetic dentistry courses worldwide and is a member of the British society of aesthetic and restorative dentistry.
Asked about the most rewarding aspect of his role, Dr Azimi commented: "My biggest passion in dentistry is creating beautiful, but natural smiles, with no pain or discomfort for my clients!"
Built on Ian's philosophy that you come first, he makes it a priority that you are listened to and are offered the best options available. The team ensure you feel truly understood offering reassurance at every stage ensuring you receive a first class service from start to end. Ian can also offer intravenous sedation if you feel particularly anxious, this means that the overall experience can be a lot more positive and enjoyable for you. Ian qualified as a dentist in 1989 from Manchester and has worked solely in implant surgery for the last 20 years. He has lectured throughout the UK and across Europe and clinically mentors fellow dentists. He has published papers benefiting his colleagues.
Ian understands what a big decision you are making when deciding to have implant surgery. He prides himself on the fact that he can empathise with the emotions you are feeling.

Dr. Shima Mahdavi-Izadi pursued her passion for endodontics through a three-year full-time specialist program at the Eastman Dental Institute, UCL. After completing her master's in Clinical Dentistry (Endodontics) and obtaining specialist status in 2014, she was included in the GDC's specialist list. Dr. Mahdavi-Izadi, who began her dental career at Stockholm's Karolinska Institute, has an extensive background in general practice and teaching clinical dentistry.
Her research project, published in a scientific publication, reflects her commitment to advancing endodontic knowledge. Driven by enthusiasm for her specialty, she welcomes referrals for endodontic treatment, particularly complex cases and non-surgical root canal procedures. She is currently a guest teacher in endodontics at the Eastman Dental Institute.

Dr Taher Rashid is an award nominated restorative cosmetic dentist and facial aesthetic clinician. He has been in private practice for over 20 years. He grew up in Sunbury-on-Thames and gained his BDS dental degree from the prestigious Turner Dental School in Manchester. Having worked in both Guildford and London he moved to Farnham to raise a family and continue his passion for dentistry. His empathy allows him to really understand his patients and establish a great rapport by listening to what they want. He is a full member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (BACD) and regularly meets with others at the forefront of this field both from the USA and UK.
Dr Rashid frequently attends conferences delivered by the world's most respected facial aesthetic, restorative and cosmetic clinicians to ensure that he is providing the most advanced care available. As well as having completed a 1 year Advanced Cosmetic Dentistry Course, he is a certified Facial Aesthetics Clinician, 6 month smiles, Clear Smile Braces, Inman aligner and Invisalign provider which are the latest treatments for straightening teeth with invisible braces for adults.

Dr Andreea Negulescu brings her extensive experience and passion for orthodontics to Time Dental.
As a GDC registered specialist orthodontist, Dr Negulescu's area of expertise lies in orthodontics, where she has spent the better part of the last decade providing comprehensive analysis, expert opinions and guidance to patients seeking orthodontic care. She is committed to supporting her patients throughout their orthodontic journey, ensuring their ongoing care, and achieving outstanding results.
Dr Negulescu is registered with the General Dental Council (GDC), is on the Specialist List and holds certifications from renowned orthodontic systems, including Invisalign, WIN, Incognito, and Damon. With her advanced training and expertise, she works alongside our team, catering to both children and adults, and determining the most suitable orthodontic system for their unique needs.

Dr. Stacy Worrall gained her clinical knowledge and surgical skills at the Royal Surrey County Hospital's Maxillofacial department, specialising in basic and complex surgical techniques. Subsequently, she spent two years at Great Ormond Street Hospital, refining her skills in pediatric oral and maxillofacial surgery.
Driven by a passion for meticulous soft tissue and bone augmentation surgery, Stacy embarked in specialist training in Periodontology at the Royal London Dental Hospital. She obtained a Doctorate in Clinical Dentistry and is a member of the Royal College of Surgeons in Periodontics. Stacy provides the latest evidence-based care, offering both surgical and non-surgical techniques for the treatment and stabilisation of periodontitis. Her special interests include hard and soft tissue regeneration, perio-plastics, and the placement of dental implants.
Idalina's journey in dentistry began at St Bart's and Royal London School of Medicine & Dentistry. She started as a Dental Nurse in 1994 and later achieved a Distinction in Oral Health Education. In 2002, she obtained Diplomas in Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy from the University of Wales. Idalina has worked in various specialized areas and has over 25 years of experience in both the NHS and Private Sector. She also worked in Hong Kong for 8 years, gaining experience in a multidisciplinary dental practice. Recently, she completed a Return to Dental Therapy Scheme, acquiring the latest advancements and techniques. Her focus is on preventive treatments and oral health education. Idalina's commitment to ongoing learning ensures that her patients receive the best dental care and positive outcomes.
Lucie is our dedicated practice manager with a passion for leading our team to provide exceptional patient care.
Lucie began her career in dentistry in 2016 as a Treatment Coordinator, collaborating with renowned dentists on personalised, smile makeover treatment plans. Through her journey, Lucie showcased strong leadership skills from her background in customer service management, ultimately advancing to practice management.
With her vibrant personality and attentive nature, Lucie ensures patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their dental experience. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and taking leisurely walks with her pup.
Milly is our lead dental nurse here at the practice. She has achieved her Level 3 diploma in dental nursing since she joined us in September 2021. Milly is a thorough and dedicated nurse who is an integral part of the team. She will be assisting the Dentists, as well as at reception. She has a kind and caring attitude and will always be there to provide support for you.
Milly has a keen interest in oral surgery and implantology, she will be assisting Dr Azimi with his complex caseload.
When not working Milly enjoys socialising with friends and family and visiting the seaside.
Shila has recently joined our team. She is training for her dental nurse qualification and loves learning about dentistry. Her calm reassuring manner will get you to feel at ease straight away. When she is not at work, she loves to cook Nepalese food. She enjoys art and drawing and feeling good after an exercise session.
Shohreh Talaei (GDC no 306385) is a qualified dental nurse who earned her qualification with the NEBDN (National Examining Board for Dental Nursing). With a strong background in assisting endodontic specialists and gaining valuable experience working alongside oral surgeon.
Her journey in the dental industry has allowed her to develop a keen interest in sedation nursing, helping to alleviate anxiety and promote positive dental experiences.
Srijana joined us in August 2022. She is a trainee dental nurse. Having been with us for only a short time she has quickly become a valued team member. She loves learning new things and you will see her assisting the clinicians as well as on reception. She will be there to greet you with a smile and ensure your dental visit is as smooth as can be.
