ROB SPENCE - Key Persons

Ben, the next generation of family loss adjusters has been working at RSL Claims for 12 years after graduation from Manchester Metropolitan University, with a degree in Marketing and Management. Ben's area of expertise is on the domestic claims side, he works closely with the contracting network and plays a key role in identifying damage, specifying repairs and carrying out the detailed negotiations with loss adjusters. In his free time Ben enjoys an active social life, going to the gym most weekdays followed by long walks with his Jack Russel Sheikh at the weekend and the odd pint of beer at the local pub.

Rod has worked in the Insurance and Construction industry for 35 years and brings a wealth of knowledge to both the commercials and domestics claims that come into the office. Rod has an eye for detail and ensures specifications are accurate and concise so negotiations can move as swiftly and claims get settled in the quickest time possible. Outside of the office Rod can often been found at the BET365 Stadium, Rod is an avid Stoke City fan and supports them both at home and on their travels.
