AEW started to develop the LOGISTIS platform in 1999, which has since been in partnership of large, long-term institutional investors with actual amount of equity of 2.3bn. Our investment philosophy is combining Core-, Manage to Core- and Build to Core strategies, and the capacity to undertake development projects at an early stage. The location is the main investment criteria, with a preference for logistics parks and large-sized assets.
