Sergeant Michial Dunlap (retired) was with the Amarillo (TX) Police Department for 31 years. He served as Range Master and Senior Firearms Instructor. He is currently Senior Staff Instructor with WSTC. Michial is currently President of the International Association of Law Enforcement Firearms Instructors. He is the author of the Texas Firearms Instructors Program Schedule & procedures. On three occasions, Michael has served as a presenter for the Brazilian Government's Federal and Local Law Enforcement Board and a principal presenter at the FBI Wound Ballistics Classes.
Mike Miyaji (CWO3) retired from the United States Coast Guard in 2006 after 22 years of honorable service. His duties included law enforcement, drug interdiction, and ensuring that foreign and domestic vessels complied with Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) and Code of Federal regulations. After his retirement he was hired by a Sheriff's Office and Southwest Alabama and became the training Sergeant holding instructor certifications in Firearms, Taser, Less Lethal, Driving, and several other areas. He is the lead armorer with 150 rifles, duty handguns, shotguns, and backup weapons. Now an armorer and instructor for Weapons System Training Counsel.
