Maja has worked with us for over 7 years. When you have appointment for a free estimate, she'll be happy to help you choose the appropriate service based on your specific needs and budget. She will be able to answer all your questions, concerns and solve basic problems associated with our service. You may also meet Maja some time in your house during routine quality checks.
Monika has been with BCS for over 7 years. You will most-likely be speaking with her when you call. She will be happy to help you with scheduling, setting up extra requests, and solving basic problems associated with our service. You can always call us at 949-857-2647 and press "0" to talk with her between hours 8am-4pm. After hours you can leave a message and our evening manager will contact you as soon as possible. Monika will call you a day before your scheduled service to confirm the appointment. If you don't receive our call and you think tomorrow is your cleaning day call us, (sometimes we put too much trust in our computers)!
