C.I.S.

C.I.S. was founded in August 1996 by experienced Texas investigator, Brian K. Ingram. Mr. Ingram served for over ten years as a police officer in several jurisdictions. He worked his way up from Patrol Officer to Investigator to Chief of Police. Since opening C.I.S., Mr. Ingram has been instrumental in developing many of the modern techniques used in Internet Investigations, to include Email Tracing and Internet Profiling... Dallas Private Investigators and Dallas Computer Forensics. Investigations, computer forensics and data recovery services throughout the Dallas - Ft. Worth area of Texas.
