DIVORCE - Key Persons

MaryBeth McCabe is a certified Family Law Mediator and a trained Collaborative Law Attorney. She is a member of the Bucks County Bar Association where she participates on the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee, and the Family Law Section. She is a volunteer mediator/Judge Pro Tem for the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas Mortgage Foreclosure Diversion Program. She is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law, Solo and Small Practice and Collaborative Law Sections. MaryBeth McCabe is a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals and past President of the Bucks County Collaborative Law Group.
