As CEO, Brian is responsible for all global operations for EquiLend, its affiliates and subscribers. He brings 30 years of hands-on experience and a deep knowledge of the global securities finance industry with an emphasis on technology solutions.

Dan Dougherty is Managing Director and Global Head of Sales and Client Relationship Management at EquiLend. He has held a variety of roles at EquiLend since joining the company in 2004. Previously, he helped build and oversaw EquiLend's clearing division as COO of EquiLend Clearing Services. He has also served as COO for North America, Global Head of Relationship Management and Global Co-Head of Sales & Marketing, among other roles.
Prior to EquiLend, Dougherty worked for Morgan Stanley and Barclays Capital, as well as independent consulting engagements with other major banks and broker-dealers.
He graduated with a bachelor's degree in Finance from Siena College and is Series 7, 24 and 63 licensed.

Krista Otis - Chief Legal Officer, Managing Director

Krista Otis has served as EquiLend's General Counsel & Secretary since 2007. As General Counsel & Secretary, she is responsible for the company's legal and corporate governance matters at EquiLend globally. Krista also served as EquiLend's Chief Compliance Officer from 2007-2015. Prior to EquiLend, Krista worked at Nomura in the mortgage-backed securities division.
Krista is a member of the New York Bar and New Jersey Bar. She also holds her FINRA Series 7 and Series 24 licenses. She received her Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the St. John's University School of Law.
Laurence Marshall is Chief Operating Officer across EquiLend's group of companies and CEO of EquiLend Limited, the firm's EU-based division. In these roles, he is responsible for the company's operation and development globally. He drove the establishment of EquiLend's Irish office in response to the U.K. decision to leave the EU. In 2019, he relocated from London to Dublin to manage EquiLend Limited.
Laurence has over 30 years of experience in securities financing markets. Prior to joining EquiLend, he was a Managing Director in the Prime Services division of UBS AG for 16 years. Throughout his career, Laurence has sat and continues to sit on a variety of market committees, including previously serving as Chairman of the Board of EquiLend Europe as well as of the International Securities Lending Association (ISLA).

Paul Lynch is global head of Products and a member of the management team at EquiLend. He is based in Boston.
Previously, Lynch was global head of Trading and Short-Term Investment Management at eSecLending, and before that the firm's chief operating officer. His other roles include more than 13 years at State Street, where he was a senior managing director in its securities lending business.
Lynch was among the initial group of industry thought leaders that advised on, designed and built EquiLend when the company was established in 2001.
Lynch has a bachelor's degree in economics from Boston College and a master's in accounting from Northeastern University. Paul is a CFA, a member of RMA and a member of the Boston Securities Analysts Association.
