​Jill Himes founded Himes Consulting LLC in response to client preferences to work directly with experienced environmental professionals. Ms. Himes has been practicing environmental management throughout the western United States, Canada, Mexico, Hawaii, and the greater Pacific for over 25 years. She specializes in regulatory compliance and analyses related to major environmental statutes, including the Clean Water Act, the Rivers and Harbors Act, the National Environ mental Policy Act, and the Endangered Species Act.
