André Thuvesson is Managing Director of INVERTO Sweden. He primarily supports Nordic clients and a wide range of industries with cost rationalization, supply chain optimization and working capital enhancement.
Born in southern Sweden, he studied Economics at Linné University in Växjö. During his studies, he helped running a family business before subsequently working in procurement for a Swedish international furniture group.
In addition to his role as Managing Director, he also operates as System Leader NOR.

In additional to his industry positions, André Thuvesson has more than fifteen years of consulting experience in procurement and supply chain management. He mainly assists clients from the industrial goods sector, but also carries a broad experience from industries such as energy, healthcare, agriculture, airliners & travel, and global retailers. As an expert in working capital optimization, Thuvesson helps companies to increase their corporate value.
He has an extensive experience from a broad range of topics, there among;
André Thuvesson is married and lives just outside of Stockholm. Together with his wife their dog, he regularly spends his weekends and holidays in the Stockholm archipelago or with travelling. Daniel Weise is the Chief Executive Officer of INVERTO. He is also a Managing Director and Senior Partner in BCG and the global leader for the procurement topic.
Daniel has advised in more than a hundred projects leaders mostly in the industrial-goods, energy, consumer-goods, and public sectors. His work concentrates on creating maximum value from suppliers and often focuses on contexts in post-merger integration, restructuring, and transformation.
Daniel is an established thought leader in procurement and supply chain and has co-authored several publications and books, including Jumpstart to Digital Procurement (Springer, 2020) and Profit from the Source (Harvard Business Review Press, June 2022) and reports with the World Economic Forum on sustainability in supply chains.
Daniel holds a Master degree in business administration from WHU-Otto Beisheim School of Management and a master degree in Science of Finance from London Business School.
In his free time, he is a passionate mountaineer and a learning cook. Together with his family, he lives in Düsseldorf, Germany.
As Global Topic Leader Procurement at BCG, Daniel Weise has been with INVERTO since day 1 as part of BCG and will be even more active in driving our development in his new role as CEO.

Denis Di Vito is Managing Director at INVERTO in France and heads the Paris office.
Denis Di Vito has worked for well-known consulting firms and has specialized in procurement for about 15 years. Most recently, he has led challenging transformation and carve-out projects.
In his previous position as Principal he was responsible for international projects across all industries in Europe, North America and the Middle East and was also jointly responsible for the development of procurement competencies. In his last position as a Principal at BCG, he was a core member of the Procurement Practice in Western Europe and successfully led a variety of projects and commercial pitches, some of them together with colleagues from INVERTO.

Giovanni Grillo is the managing director of Inverto Italy, based in Milan. He primarily supports Italian Clients but can also support in Spain in a wide range of industries in procurement strategy & Transformation, Cost Optimization and Supply Chain Risk management.
Born near Rome, he graduated from the Politecnico di Milano as well as Ecole Centrale Paris in a dual Degree in Production Engineering.

Jürgen Wetzstein is Managing Director of INVERTO GmbH at the Munich location. He studied engineering at the University of Stuttgart and earned his MBA at Pepperdine University in Los Angeles and the University of Hohenheim. He has more than 20 years of experience in management consulting and industry. He primarily advises companies in the automotive, mechanical engineering, chemical, consumer products and services industries on the transformation and optimization of purchasing and the supply chain.

In addition to cost optimization in purchasing, Wetzstein focuses on purchasing transformations and operating model design. He has proven his deep purchasing expertise in numerous projects for industrial companies, automotive manufacturers and suppliers, where he has led strategic and operational sourcing improvement programs. Furthermore, he served as interim CPO for a multinational industrial company for two years.
He is also responsible for the Center of Excellence "Indirect Spend" at INVERTO, which deals with the further development of indirect procurement.

Lars-Peter Häfele is the Managing Director at INVERTO and heads our Munich office. He completed his studies in Ingolstadt and Denver. Since 2009, he has been advising primarily globally operating companies in the automotive, engineering, and process industries at INVERTO, where he implements cost optimization programs and develops a future-proof procurement function as part of comprehensive transformations or PMIs.
Expertise & Practice Area
His specialist skills include technical approaches such as value analysis, product redesigns, target costing as well as auctions. In particular, he advises companies that have an international production network and a complex global organizational structure. In addition, he supports companies during organizational realignment, such as post-merger integrations and restructurings. Increasing the resilience of the supply chain is also the focus of many of his projects. As a digital tools expert, Häfele helps customers implement and use advanced analytics and auctions.
Lars-Peter Häfele is responsible for the annual Raw Materials Study in partnership with the trade journal "Handelsblatt," which presents key findings to our customers and other stakeholders about the strategic direction of raw materials management.
As the Practice Area Lead, Lars-Peter Häfele is responsible for INVERTO's global industrial business. Together with his team of experts, he develops innovative solutions for INVERTO's industrial goods clients in the areas of technical optimization, raw material management, supply resilience, and procurement digitization.
Lars-Peter Häfele is married and enjoys pursuing his passion for mountain sports with his wife and two children year-round, engaging in activities such as mountaineering, skiing, and mountain biking.

Stefan Benett is Managing Director of INVERTO's Munich office. After qualifying as an industrial engineer and completing a doctorate in St. Gallen, he gained international experience of around 50 purchasing programs in 25 countries in his roles as a procurement expert at the Boston Consulting Group and head of the procurement excellence centre of a global management consultancy firm. He mainly advises manufacturing companies in the mechanical engineering, plant construction and process industries on digitalisation strategies in procurement, among other things.
