Dr. Alexander serves as the Chief Medical Officer for Population Health Analytics at Lumeris, where he helps clients improve the health of populations, by using data and information technology to make better decisions. Prior to his current role, Dr. Alexander was the Chief Medical Information Officer and a Pediatric Hospitalist at WakeMed Health & Hospitals in Raleigh, NC from 1999 until 2017. Dr. Alexander holds degrees from North Carolina State University and the University of North Carolina School of Medicine. He is board certified in Clinical Informatics and Pediatrics.

Charles "Chuck" Cory

Chuck Cory is a corporate advisor and independent investor who focuses on the intersection of finance and corporate strategy in the technology sector. In more than 30 years as an investment banker, Chuck has advised on more than 300 successful transactions aggregating well in excess of $500 billion, ranging from IPOs and debt financings to corporate restructurings, spinoffs and mergers, acquisitions and business combinations. Chuck joined Morgan Stanley in 1982 and was appointed Managing Director in 1991. From 1996 to 2005, he was responsible for the firm's activities in technology mergers and acquisitions, running that business on a global bases from Silicon Valley. From 2005 to 2015, Chuck served as the company's Chairman of Global Technology Banking. Currently, Chuck serves as the Lead Independent Director of Alteryx (NYSE: AYX), a next generation platform for enterprise analytics. He also chairs Alteryx' Compensation Committee and serves on its Audit Committee. Debbie Zimmerman

In her role as Corporate Chief Medical Officer for Lumeris, Dr. Zimmerman builds the clinical strategy for the organization to support the Lumeris operating model. She directs the physician leadership team in supporting health systems transform their organizations to deliver value-based care, including developing and implementing clinical programs and quality management functions. Dr. Zimmerman also leads Lumeris University, where she is responsible for all internal employee training and onboarding, physician mentoring and PCP boot camps, clinical content and the Lumeris Innovation Conference. She is Chief Medical Officer for Essence Healthcare, a high performing Medicare Advantage plan which has averaged 4.5 Stars for the last 11 years. Dr. Zimmerman has a long and distinguished history of medical leadership at health plans such as Cigna, Group Health Plan and Health Partners of the Midwest. Before joining Essence Healthcare, she served as Chief Medical Officer of Mercy Health Plans, a provider-sponsored plan owned by Sisters of Mercy. She is also an accomplished entrepreneur, having co-founded a successful disease and complex case management firm. Denis Cortese is a champion of high-quality and patient-centered health care. He is currently Director of the Health Care Delivery and Policy Program at Arizona State University (ASU); Foundation Professor at ASU; and President of the Healthcare Transformation Institute, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving healthcare delivery and lowering health care costs. Denis is also Chair of the Institute of Medicine's Roundtable on Value and Science Driven Healthcare, and serves on the boards of Pinnacle West and RAND Health. From 2003 until his retirement in November 2009, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Mayo Clinic. Gail Halterman is an experienced legal professional and health care executive. She joined Lumeris after a distinguished career in private practice at Lathrop & Gage, LLP, a full-service national law firm. At Lathrop & Gage, Gail focused in the areas of healthcare transactional, regulatory and compliance law with particular emphasis on data exchange and privacy issues. In her role as Chief Legal Officer, she is responsible for legal strategy and operations, corporate governance matters and government affairs helping ensure the company's proactive adherence with the spirit and letter of all applicable laws and regulations. In addition to her Juris Doctor, Gail holds a Master's degree in health services administration, and prior to her entry into law school, was licensed as a long-term care administrator.

Prior to his appointment as President, Blackledge was Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer and Chief Risk Officer, overseeing all of the company's technology, applications and systems infrastructure as well as enterprise risk management. With more than fifteen years of experience in healthcare, Jean-Claude is passionate about forging the seamless integration of technology into clinical workflows. Prior to joining Lumeris Jean-Claude led AI innovation, clinical decision support and patient engagement solutions as CTO of Wolters Kluwer Health, and was the General Manager and CTO at Cardinal Health, developing ground-breaking RFID solutions for tracking medical devices and integrating into clinical workflows to increase patient safety, accuracy of clinical documentation and operational efficiencies, and was the CTO of WaveMark, a Boston-area healthcare startup acquired by Cardinal Health in 2013. Jean-Claude received a Master of Science degree in Engineering and Management from the MIT Sloan School of Management. He also holds a Master of Science degree from MIT and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth. John Burbank
